Is getting from the TRASH folder? If it is getting from trash folder... then it is not helpful. Because the trash folder is easy to find and open to restore photos. Is your software getting the lost file that are deleted from trash?

It's easy to recover freshly deleted photos. But harder or even impossible to recover photos which you deleted months ago or years ago.
