I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I'm in a bit of a situation with my phone. I forgot the password to my phone and have to perform a factory reset to regain access. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to recover all the pictures and videos that are stored in the internal storage, and I didn't back them up on Google Drive or any other service.
pls let me know if i should factory rest my phone or is there any other way?
