Check out this video as well which is for testing any kind of ignition coils including Coil-On-plugs (2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire types) and different kind of ignition coil pack: ua-cam.com/video/CKnbw3z4YUY/v-deo.html
My truck has been in the shop over 30 days. Codes are po 351and po356.Coils are new ECM is new.plugs are new timing chain new.All lines tested. Two new pinsin the connecter. On one and six wire.what else could it be?
08 expedition. P0357. Cylinder 7 new coil new plug new injector. Using noid light there is pulse going to coil but when I use the noid light on injector the injector plug will pulse for a few seconds after start up then shut off. All other injectors are good only cylinder 7 injector cuts off after start up. With power getting to the coil good coil and plug would the pcm be bad? Maybe bad injector driver in pcm?
Have you checked the Cyl 7 ignition coil control line? Is ECM detects any fault in any ignition coil circuit, it will cut off the relevant injector too.
hi..im getting fault codes for a and f at the same time..what do you think is problem..ive replaced All idnition coils and sparks plugs but still doing it
Test ECM ground circuit : Measure resistance between ECM and chassis ground using the backside of ECM harness connector as ECM side check point. If the problem is found, repair it. Specification: Below 1Ω please help me how to perform this one with multimeter
Hi There, for checking the ECM ground, just check the wiring diagram first to find the relevant wire and to find the PIN number on the ECM connector. As this wire is giving the ground to ECM, it should be connected to the ground from the other end, so when you check the resistance between the connector end of this wire and the car’s body, the amount of resistance that you are measuring must be less than 1 Ohm.
@@AutomotiveDiagnosis so please should it be a back probe when the ground circuit is found i should put one end of the multimeter chassis ground and one to the ecm connector

Well done!
I very much like the section you explained the waveform, it was amazing to know that.
Thanks for your feedback.
We will have another videos very soon just to explain the waveforms.
(Great sir) Please also include English subtitles
Sure thing, thanks for your feedback
Looking forward to see more Fault code guides from you guys, this was great.

Good amazing very helpful vedio thanks for you
Glad you liked it 👍👍
Hello, does anyone know if it’s possible to get p0354 if there’s oil in the spark plug well? Thank you
Hi there, it could is there is too much oil in coil chamber, try to clean it up and swap it with the next ignition coil, see what will happen next

P0103 and p0355 at the same time. Misfire in cil n 3. P0303 not detected. No vacuum leaks. Any idea? Thanks.
May I have your car’s model and year please?

You may check the wiring and ECM connector.
Excellent

Yes, it’s better to backprob to prevent any damage in the female pins. One end of the multimeter prob on the ECM and the other on the chassis ground.
CNN. Do I get a dam wiring diagram...please. Not in my Chilton. Looking to test wires from cylinder 4 to pcm
Excellent
