This week I'm hunting for mist and rather than giving up on my first location I decide to stick with it which was a wise decision. Not exactly the conditions I was hoping for but a good shoot all the same. Shooting a mix of infrared and colour digital images with my Sony cameras I wasn't disappointed.
Cameras - Sony A7R2 & Sony A7 Full Spectrum IR.
Lens - Sony 16-35mm, 24-70mm & 70-200mm.

Beautiful images! I am in the process of having a camera converted to infrared, and excited to explore the medium. Up to now I have just had a little point and shoot camera that has been converted - the quality was just enough to whet my appetite for more. Cheers!

I prefer the B&W NM 850 shots on both the first two shots all are nice but the IR shots work better in my option. I do shot a fair amount in full specturm and IR with either 560 or 850 and prefer using the 850NM.
@@alanneilson6811 Thanks for your comment. I’m still undecided on which I prefer but the 850 images are growing on me
1st one difficult to choose, perhaps I prefer 850nm a tiny bit more, 2nd better in color and I really liked the 3rd one, much more than 4th that seems a bit too empty.
I wonder how the IR photos would have looked like with traditional red-blue swap. More normal blue sky always appeals to me in IR photos in 650-720nm range.
@@hoggif Haven’t channel swappped them yet but might have a play and see how they look.
i just trichrome and include 720 ir filter it looks pretty cool. good vid tho
