  • Day 3 of #rtcfanguary hosted by the lovely Priscilla ‪@releasethecraftin‬ and the prompt was Creatures of the night. I decided to use the wonderful acetate moths from last years Tim Holtz Halloween release as my creatures. I also used one of my own altered photographs of Whitby and added some yummy grungy aspects. Check out the links below to find out more and don't forget to use the hashtag if you are taking part or want to see what everyone is doing. Fangs for watching 🦇

Love the page! The hollowed out, layered pages work so well with the moths and moody photo😊 The moths are gorgeous, I don’t have a pack but tempted. I like Luise Heinzl layered printable one though, which I do have.
Your son’s book sounds amazing, well done to him! I hope he feels able to publish, it sounds fascinating 😊 Handy to have your own reviewers 😊 I can’t watch horror now. To be honest anything above 12+ is getting a bit much in content for me - old age! 😂

Another fabulous idea to make for my grandchild’s journal. I will be putting an eye behind there for them. Thank you for sharing.

Ooooh I love that you got your Whitby pic in! I wanna try and get there at some point. Love the effect of how you did this! I might have to try that book page technique! This is beautiful! 💖🖤💖

I love this! I have not seen Barbara’s video for the book page tunnel. This is perfect for my Infirmary project. Thank you! I expect you will be seeing this at some point. 😊

That's OK, no rush. They will all still be there to watch when you are feeling better and have more time. 😊

You should have added the bat. It appears to be your avatar. When making scrapbooks for my grandchildren, I added a hidden spider on every page. They and their friends (even into college) enjoyed trying to find them.

Yes it needs a bat😂 Get some isopropyl alcohol it works like blending solution but is a lot cheaper(in US ) love it 💕💕🤗

I love this idea, Bel! A vampire is the perfect choice for this prompt! As far as vampire movies go, Interview with a Vampire is my fave. I really didn’t like how they portrayed vampires in Twilight. The whole sparkly in the sunlight was silly! Did you ever read the Vampire Diaries? Or watch the tv show? What did you think of that one? Then, there was the show called The Originals.

Love this Bel. Don’t see Nosferatu it was long, boring, drawn out and bad acting except for William Defoe was great. I’ve been a fan of vampires 40 years and horror for 30 years this was bad. If you watch it bring a pillow.
