No way?!? That’s awesome! YOU’RE awesome x
That’s incredible!!!
Loved that you've kept count ;) Go you!
@@ninino86 😂 it's even more now lol
Imagine having a Sally in your life, that would be the best thing!
Thats not what my boyfriend says when I’m constantly annoying him and making him eat all the things I bake 😂
I want a Sally just to break eggs you are the best egg breaker I've seen. You're fab.
@@mindfulbaking he is likely just pretending to keep you baking more, reverse psychology 😆
I really love how much fun you have in these videos. 👍
Imagine being the Sally in your friend group 🥰 aaah. Aspirations. One day!
@@phelanwolf6747 🤣😂
Sally: "Do not do this with your fingers, please be careful!"
Sally: *goes ahead and touch them anyway*🤣🤣
They look amazing!!
I loved that moment :))
I love Sally’s sense of humour.She cracks me up.👍🏻😂
How have I never seen content from her before?! She's totally the perfect mix of professional know-how and fun UA-camr. No more snooty/grumpy bakers for me :)
Sally your laugh is contagious. Love it.
I love making these almost as much as I love eating them. Sometimes I use cinnamon sugar which is amazing. Another one is sandwiching jam and whipped cream i between two biscuits. Absolutely sublime

I went to your shop. Service excellent. The levant cookie Biscoff at £4.50 was the most expensive cookie I have ever purchased. It was the most tasty and unique texture eating experience to date.
I make these with frozen puff pastry, but I love to add cinnamon to the sugar!
Thank you for always sharing such amazing recipes!! This pastry will definitely be my go to ❤️🤩👌
That was an UNBELIEVABLE effort for such a yummy thing!!!! I very briefly, at the beginning, thinking...I could...but no way!! props to you girl, you brought it.
At 21:15 that genuine whole hearted laugh really made my day. Thanks Ms. Sally.
i’ve made these twice and they turned out amazing! so delicious! ☺️
Childhood memories here, thanks for sharing the recipe !
It took me a few times to really feel confident making Palmiers from scratch and this video really helped to break down the steps. So, thank you!
If everyone had to make their desserts like this, by hand, with brute force and a huge helping of patience, I think we would all eat a lot healthier.
Hello 👋 how are you doing
I miss Jemma, but Sally is amazing that she is willing to taking over Jemma’s spot for a while.
Oh God!!! My favourite since childhood 😍
Same here!
Super!!
I love these ones!!

So much passion in your work Sally.
I am inspired. :)
Sally you are so amazing! thanks a lot for sharing this!
Hello 👋 how are you doing
It's one of the elites of pastries
This is what we call "blitz puff pastry" really easier and faster than standard puff pastry. I think, If I remember correctly, we used a food processer, but a few seconds too long and you end up with a pie shell instead of puff pastry, so your process makes it more likely to turn out well. Thanks for the video. Have you tried the method that is used to make "cruffins"? It uses melted butter and you make each "cruffin" individually.
Hello 👋 how are you doing
Thank you! Love your personality!
It is the best palmiers recipe I ever made
Loveeeeeed it ❤❤❤❤❤
❤Love the way she explains everything abt recepie
I'm so happy to see a recipe video for these! My local Morrison's have these in the fresh dessert section and are sandwiched together with cream and jam. And let me tell you they never dissapoint!! 😍😋🤤

Hello 👋 how are you doing
I just discovered palmiers recently and I love them so much. I’ll have to try to make my own and hopefully I can manage making the puff pastry 🤞🏼
Where I come from they are called pigs ears! My mum used to buy them for me when I wash kid as a treat! Now I can make them myself!! Thanks Sally!
Hello 👋 how are you doing

Sign me up for Blue Peter ha ha so funny Sally!
Love this recipe really amazing 👏
Love your videos Sally, your happiness is a delight! 💖. Your rectangle is so neat! My rolling out looks like a misshapen splodge 😂
We do love Sally ❤
Thank you so much for a wonderful video.
Looks so yummy
I love your personality. I first tried Palmiers at San Francisco Airport, my flight from my home (New Zealand) was delayed by nine hours so I arrived at night time and the only thing open in the airport was a little stand selling pastries. I've wanted to make them ever since but I don't know where time has gone. Tomorrow is the day for making these. The fold is called a book fold by the way. Thank you so much for walking us through this. X
Super late to ask but how did the recipe turn out for you. I'm planning to try these soon
@@architaanand3136 no worries we all watch videos at different times and recipes are always relevant at the time of posting and into the future. The recipe worked well and they tasted even better than I remembered. It is worth the effort for a special treat especially one connected to a happy memory. I hope that you make them and enjoy them as well. Xx
@@amyrivers4093 thanks for the lovely reply.
@@architaanand3136 you are more than welcome. X
I never knew this existed! I wanna do it immediately😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Oooooooo I bet these are nice with cinnamon sugar!! ❤
In Germany we call them "Schweinsohren" - which means pig ears ^^
Jaa, und sie sind einfach köstlich 😍😂
In Mexico we also call them "ears" (Orejas) minus the 🐖
Wanna make this wish I had 4 different pastries so it can go quicker like Sally. Loved it again. Always exited!
Love this!!!!
This reminds me of the "Little Hearts" pastry I used to eat.
She's adorable!!!
Fantastic Cooking😍💓
They look delicious! In Argentina you can even find them sandwiched with dulce de leche! YUM
How beautiful your palmier look.
So excited for these😍🤤
I used to eat them as a child, they weren't as crunchy though and doubled up with jam and cream in between them. They were so good. I'm going to try make them again so my kids can have them as well. I called them butterfly cakes though as a child. Took me ages to find these lol.
Visited C&D today for the first time ever, we bought Biscoff cupcake, Biscoff rocky road, Chocolate and raspberry cupcake and nutella cookie! Oh my days! Ive tried all and they were INCREDIBLE! Sad not to see Sally, Jemma or Dale though xxxx
Hello 👋 how are you doing
Wishing you a speedy recovery Dane....☺️☺️
Amazing biscuits 😋
Very interesting to watch! Went out and bought some.
😂😂😂
Are any of you fellow bakers having trouble with butter these days. At room temperature, some butters will not cream with sugar. Lumps remain behind after many minutes of mixing. Apparently cows are being fed a new diet to maximize milk production but it has changed the quality and properties of butter. Off topic I know.
Thank you for another great recipe.
Thanks for sharing this recipe 🙌
Thank you Sally I did know how to make pastry
I always thought they were called french hearts 💕... Totally love em..
Dane!!!
How mean!!!😍😍
We love you Sally....❤❤❤
I love them sprinkled with demarama sugar and lemon zest
Hello 👋 how are you doing
Another awesome video!! Thank you!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU!!
My teacher at school actually gave everyone these treats! They have so much sugar as well as they are very yummy and crunchy!
It's a Book Fold but I'm sure "ladder fold" exists somewhere. Lol wouldn't be surprised. 🤗 Great job. So tasty! Love you guys, here in the USA.
I think she said letter fold
these look delicious!! Please do a puff pastry 101!! I have a lot of questions!!
These look delicious 😍 if you use shop bought puff pastry, how much will you need to put the pastry back in the fridge?
Love it.. I wish The Best for your channel ..
My guess was right!!
I have been wanting to try this. I am definitely going to attempt it. If you were going to make any more New York style cookies, maybe you could try making a peanut butter cookie.
Those magnets to keep the baking sheet down. Gotta get me some of those! Where oh where can I find them?
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Greetings from Berlin, Germany. I found your channel around 4-5 months before and already made your Millionaires Shortbread (yummy!), the Cookie Dough Brownie (awesome!) and the absolute phantastic Biscoff Cookie Cups. Everything went really well and tasted very good. Thanks for your inspiring videos and the good vibrations of you all. 💖
Did you know, that the German word for Palmiers is „Schweinsohr“ = pig’s ear. 😂🤷🏻♀️
Yummy!!
