  • Dr. Dan Kalish and Genova Diagnostics explore the role of sugar handling problems and the early detection and treatment options for insulin resistance. We cover one of the most common triggers of sugar cravings and fatigue, and see how correcting glucose metabolism can reduce inflammation and balance adrenal hormone issues.
    Highlights:
    - Learn how glucose is broken down into energy and understand which key lab markers on the NutrEval will show you the early warning signs of insulin resistance.
    - Understand the roles of the various enzymes responsible for keeping glucose balance intact, and how you can identify, based on NutrEval lab markers, exactly which enzymes are and are not working.
    - Improve your lab interpretation skills so you can design life changing supplement protocols for your patients.

How do we know the dosages? How was this knowledge created , eg that we need at least say 600mg of lipoic acid ? And how do we know how to differentiate according to the lab number each time ? Eg a number two times above the upper range would mean to double the dosage ? Or to tripple it? Or what ? Is there some kind of a rule? Thank you.
