It was one of the more perfect days for the dream cruise. Perfect temperature and humidity, just very comfortable. The dream cruise and the week prior to the day of the cruise are simply unbelievable to describe if you are a fan of cars and trucks. This event should be a destination for every car club at least once every five years or so!
Thanks for the video! Perfect day! We were parked and planted in our seats by then, and you passed us at the 17+ minute mark. I remember seeing your car.
There's nothing like being there, but this early WDC lap in your beautiful Chevy was terrific! That double take from the other Bel Air driver was hilarious!
What a great video Howard. The Woodward Dream Cruise is definitely on my bucket list. When I finally make the trip I'll be cruising in your '66 Galaxie 500. The Galaxie has proven to be the ultimate cruiser here in the North Idaho classic car cruising scene, but nothing compares to Woodward!
I'd love to see the Galaxie cruising down Woodward. I did two Dream Cruises in it. The first one the car was still under construction. I'm so glad you're using and enjoying it. That makes me very happy.
Yes..... hopefully we can cruise again. Martin has a 59 Bel Air also. He comes over from Windsor, Ontario. It would be fun to get all three cars together. Go to my about page, my email is there. Shoot me an email.
I was there with my 70 Cougar Convt and I was looking for you but I was looking for a 66 Galaxy Convt and then I remember you sold it. I got back to Saginaw about 2 hours ago.
That other '59 Belair was quite a surprise! I thought at first you changed cars or something and were filming your Belair. But then I realized it was a dark blue. I wished at that time I could have been there with mine and had all three of us cruising together. That would have been so Cool! Going in the morning was the way to go. Many interesting vehicles! Did you find out if the owner of the other Belair was from the Detroit area?
howard, thanks for taking us along, loved watching the old cars.
Awesome Video, I'm like a little kid in a candy store when I see Classic Cars.
Thank you very much pretty coverage at the show

Awesome video! It was my pleasure to meet yet another (very rare) 59 Bel Air! And we're practically neighbors! Looking forward to seeing you again!

I read earlier today that Jay Leno was there with his Last Call Dodge,a lot of sweet rides there,I thought the baby '54 Ford was really cute.
Jay Leno has a garage at the M1 concourse. He's at the Dream Cruise every year.
38:25 I love seeing old guys in muscle cars living their best life.
It nice for me cuz I couldn't be there.

Yep from Warren Michigan! Recently retired GM engineer, looking to spend a whole lot more time cruising in the 59!
Yes, as you see he is local...... We will need to get all three cars together.
@@davidverburgt4337 is the '59 your car or someone you know? I also own a 4 door '59 Belair and I'm a subscriber to Howard's channel.
It's mine! And the Mrs of course! Been cruising Woodward for many years! @@martinbeneteau309
