It's only weight room or it also has field/track work?

@TheAleaxion the particular program was LULU plus a day of plyos. If you stick with the timer it should get you in and out in an hour. Highly recommend the mobility work. I was getting kind of worried because during the entire program the heaviest the bench ever got was 360 lbs, but I went to max out the week after the program, which predicted 410. You should have plenty of energy to get a few units of sprinting and ssc.

29.9 on a standing jump is solid, especially considering your build.

LISS is such a nightmare - my body always wants to go full tilt. It’s something you need to learn, like anything else. It’s hard for me to read, listen to a podcast, etc - I like to focus with music.

when speaking in terms of gaining as much muscle as possible as soon as possible, what is better, a full body workout five days a week or individual muscle group splits?

Yeah...But, steroids are mostly legal in India and used throughout most of the sports snd fitness scene there.

@@gilgameshofuruk6361 yeah but I'm not talking about the Young Generation that his bodybuilding weightlifting and powerlifting, I'm talking about the older generation that have been wrestling since they were a kid, they work with wooden tools and they work in the dirt training outside. That has nothing to do with exogenous hormones because if you have ever taken melatonin or insulin or had a girl that took a birth control pills, those are all steroids. And those are not excuses because you can take anything you want but if you don't put in the work you get nowhere. I'm talking about how these guys do pretty much the same thing day in day out progressing over time and maintaining their craft. Has nothing to do with steroids

@@drip369melatonin, insulin or birth control pills (mostly progesterone) aren't steroids. Also not all steroids are anabolic - for example, most people with asthma take an inhaled steroid (corticosteroid) but this doesn't contribute to any muscle growth
