@@ManWithoutFear_Obito i am not extremely athletic so i figure out half hanging would be safer. Also i feel more comfortable with this, just feel your back stretch out by letting gravity do its thing. About 10-15 seconds at a time is good enough for me.
Hi there great video. When I hang I feel my spine decompress, but it hurts under my buttock and down the leg. Should I stop or should I try and crack or pull it more.
I did this for 30 minutes and it felt good until the touched the ground. I ended up in the ER. I couldnt move my legs and once i kneeled down and tries to stretch my spine kind of like a dog does butt in the air and back up, i thought i was gonna faint from the pain i could not go back up or move i was stuck for 45 minutes and then i could barely walk and went to the ER.
Ive been doing this for 3 years. Its great for my back! Key note is not to fully hang and have some support on your toes or feet
Why not fully hang? Pls guide
They never replied. Ughh
@@asmokingp3005 I am not extremely athletic so i figure out that not fully hanging is my comfort zone.

He was on a mission!
😂 yup 🫡✝️
Lowering the gravity and focusing on the spine made this totally different. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Just put together a power station and was hanging off of it feeling how compressed my lower back is.
Couldn't figure out how to decompress.
Glad it helped
Thank you so much 😊

Guy in the back did 9 pull ups then hanged for a few seconds. Very hard to do.

If it increases symptoms, its likely not the best option!
I hope you are good now.. any updates u want to share with us.

I was doing pull-ups and my back felt like the spine got pulled apart and now I have a back injury why is this
Sorry to hear. I am not sure but I would go see a professional that can help
@Molecular Man no clue what that is mate
@Molecular Man decompressions ?
@Molecular Man what the fuck man don’t know what you chatting 😂
😂😂😂😂
how long do we do it?
As long as your arms can do it!
But I would rather do several repetitions of 10 seconds each. it's easier.
depends on what you and the body can handle. Sometimes as short as 5 seconds can help,.

Coo
30 minutes is insane, most people recommend not more than 2-3 minutes maximum per day.
@@Ivv93I hang for 15-30 seconds at a time only. 30 mins is out of my league
30 mins no one recommends hanging that long haha
