I put one of these 4175 on my trucks 350 after my older carter 625 died, i got SO much more power across the power curve. when the HUGE secondaries kick in it hauls off and keeps pulling past the 110mph mark i also got better around town mileage due to the small primaries. you can also hear the air rushing into the carb. note that my old carb could have been a bottle neck to my 5.7 350 id say it increased my horsepower by at least 30+ and the torque by 50+ it pulls so well now.
I have one with mechanical secondary's (double pumper) on my hotrod. Prefer it over a square bore as the throttle response is right there without a stumble from a dead start. I have had 4 or 5 square bores over the years and a dead spot at takeoff was common with every one of them. Tried tuning it out but never was successful. I have really been pleased with the spread bore.
While this is good info its a very Bad assumption that there is not Humans outside of the USA that use a Holley Carb.....so when you say this part is on the "Passengers side" that makes no sense at all especial coming from a world wide company......you need to sort the shit out.......
