Dont know if you will ever read me, but every fucking word you both say, pierces directly into my soul. I´m not going to tell you how great I will be or remember my name and all of that bullshit. I just want you to know, since I saw the last 2 videos you made together, I analyzed my self, and realized that I am, without a doubt, a quitter. I wanted to be a content creator full time since I was like 10. Never had the guts to even fucking try, the public humilliation of failure was always to damn frightening. That was my "and they are right" moment, for those that ever doubted me. So I decided to put this on my skin: "Giving up is not an option, I either become who I want to be, or I die trying, which is the same thing, because the person that I want to be, is a person that doesn´t give up. For my honor is worth more than my life, if I can´t live my life with honor". So thank you, when I am content creator full time, and my dream becomes my life, I will always remember you both.

LIST of 17 QUOTES Discussed in this Video 👇 0. “Hard things are hard, that’s why they’re hard” (0:00) 1. “The biggest risk to your future isn’t your competition, it’s the distractions you insist on keeping in your life rather than doing the things you know you should be doing but aren’t.” (0:06) 2. “Bad things don’t come in threes. Bad things happen, people don’t know how to cope, and they allow one bad thing to snowball into more. Bad stuff sucks, the only thing worse is letting one bad thing ruin many good things.” (09:09) 3. “Successful people see opportunity in every failure. Normal people see failure in every opportunity. Both are right, only one gets rich.” (13:18) 4. “You once wanted the life you have, and if you don’t like the life you have, you probably won’t like the one you want but don’t have either.” (23:52) 5. “We don’t rise to the standards we have when others are watching, we fall to the standards we have when no one is watching. The only work that really matters is the work that no one sees. It shows you who you really are rather than who you say you are.” (31:14) 6. “If you want revenge for the bad things that have happened in your life, start with the version of you that hasn’t lived up to your potential” (42:03) 7. “Everyone is jealous of what you’ve got, no one is jealous of how you got it” (46:47) - Jimmy Carr 8. “There’s a saying that if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life. At Apple, I learned that is a total croc. You will work harder than you ever thought possible but the tools will feel light in your hands” (53:43) - Tim Cook 9. “Why I hate being around negative people: Being an asshole is a weak person’s idea of strength. Complaining is their connection. Never let yourself be held back by other people’s fears. People criticize what they are afraid to do themselves because bold action reminds them of their own inaction. If you are afraid of being criticized, why do you care about the opinions of those who are too timid to do it themselves? If you are the criticizer: Does tearing down someone who has the courage you lack make you better?” (1:01:24) - Mark Manson 10. “Reminder for anyone internally debating weekend plans. If you don’t want to go, don’t go. If they care whether you go or not, they don’t care about you. If they care about you, they don’t care if you go or not. Just because you have free time, doesn’t mean anyone who asks for it is entitled to it” (1:08:07) 11. “Admit it. You aren’t like them. You’re not even close. You may occasionally dress yourself up as one of them, watch the same mindless television shows as they do, maybe even eat the same fast food sometimes. But it seems that the more you try to fit in, the more you feel like an outsider, watching the “normal people” as they go about their automatic existences. For every time you say club passwords like “Have a nice day” and “Weather’s awful today, eh?”, you yearn inside to say forbidden things like “Tell me something that makes you cry” or “What do you think deja vu is for?”. Face it, you even want to talk to that girl in the elevator. But what if that girl in the elevator (and the balding man who walks past your cubicle at work) are thinking the same thing? Who knows what you might learn from taking a chance on a conversation with a stranger? Everyone carries a piece of the puzzle. Nobody comes into your life by mere coincidence. Trust your instincts. Do the unexpected. Find the others…” (1:32:02) - Timothy Leary 12. “There’s no perfect way to live your 20s. You either live them up and become an underskilled 30-year-old, or you work them up and become an underlived 30-year-old. You just have to figure out which you’d rather be. Accept the tradeoff and know that there are no do-overs” (2:03:44) 13. “You really can solve a lot of male problems by getting in shape and making money. You still have problems they’re just smaller and you have more resources to handle them. The world is there for the taking for anyone who can learn from their mistakes, do what they say they were going to do, and stick with it even if it’s not sexy. What used to make a man acceptable now makes you extraordinary. The bar for winning has never been so low.” (2:16:53) 14. “How to avoid tons of problems in life: go to bed on time” (2:25:00) 15. “Having a clue is overrated. There’s this funny myth that people actually know what they’re doing. I’ve spent time around some of the richest, smartest, highest-status people on the planet, and let me tell you: It’s idiots all the way up. Normalize saying ‘I don’t have a clue, I’m going to work out how to do it anyway’.” (2:31:59) - Chris Williamson 16. “A lot of self-work can be summarized into: Thoughts aren’t true, feelings don’t require actions, things aren’t good or bad, they just are. Our greatest enemy is ignorance. To change your life, change your surroundings. Our actions, not our pasts, define who we are.” (2:34:28) 17. “I have led a toothless life. A toothless life. I have never bitten into anything. I was waiting. I was reserving myself for later on, and I have just noticed that my teeth have gone.” (2:55:36) - Jean-Paul Sartre Quick closing disclaimer: I've transcribed most of these quotes by hand, there might be a couple of errors as English is my strong second language. Most of the quotes that weren't directly associated with an author are either from Alex Hormozi, or an author I do not recognize. Cheers!
Thoughts aren't true. Feelings don't require action. Things aren't good or bad, they just are. Our greatest enemy is ignorance. To change your life, change your surroundings. Our actions, not our past, define who we are.
Things aren’t good or bad? I agree there can be grey areas, but evil does exist and we can be objective about that. Some need to develop the courage to have principles
Oh boy, listening 3 hours to this podcast, and wow-this one hit different. It’s a rare blend of wisdom and raw truth, where two brilliant minds dive deep into life, business, and the human condition. Chris’s probing questions combined with Alex’s no-nonsense insights create an electric synergy that keeps you hooked. You feel every minute of it. If you’re looking for profound perspective shifts and actionable advice wrapped in genuine conversation, this podcast is a must. It’s more than just talk-it’s a masterclass in leveling up.
Hi, when Hormozi says he now just says no to people or things if he doesn't want to do it. how do you think he would handle that thought in his own company if a more quailified person asks him to to something? I think if you going to practice something it needs to be tested in a difficult situation. My thinking is what the extent of use for this one and if it is not carried out doesn't that mean you are not authentic?
@@b_donoit’s more simple than that. If you have the ability to say no; and yet you choose to still say yes. You are not the one who owns your time. And if you don’t own your time, you own nothing.
Recently broke up w my girlfriend (1.5 months ago), after doing a load of personal/emotional development work over the last 3 years, I've been able to come out of the relationships basically unscathed, untouched. Have had so much emotional power to focus on what matters to me, and avoid all disempowering feelings. Noticed that the world is constantly trying to reinforce you back into believing that you are "going through" some break up, or should be feeling bad in some way. Appreciate the two of you getting together and reinforcing my recent experience positively. Always happy to listen to the gladiators in the arena of today, Hormozi and Chris.
Totally agree with your labelling of Hormozi and Chris as "gladiators" of today. They don't get enough recognition for their wisdom and mastery of self and life. This is a knowledge orientated world - that's the price of ease; complexity.
🧠My favourite resonating ideas in no specific order: Definitions: Learning: Same condition different behavior Intelligence: Speed, rate of learning Motivation: The equal opposite of deprivation, we are most motivated when we are deprived of something. SADNESS: the *perceived* lack of options Anxiety: many options but no priorities. Scattered but can’t decide. 1. We need to be reminded more than we are taught. Remind yourself of all the best productivity advice you learned, instead of consuming more of the same. 2. People are attracted to authenticity: true alignment of what you think, say, and do. The hardest part is realizing our thoughts are fucked, and we have to fix them instead of faking the next two. 3. The leading indicator of a succesful person is the ability to act without anything happening. 4. Being directionally correct is more important than having a perfect clear path. Often taking the first step illuminates the next. Bias towards action. 5. How to filter good from bad content: can they break it down to what actions you must take specifically? 6. Regarding learning definition: Every time you read, listen, or watch something, in order to learn, ask yourself: What behavior am I going to change based on this content? 7. Best framework for hard times: The bigger the dragon, the more epic the story, the more epic the hero 8. Hyper proponent of narrow single focus - extend time horizon for goals. Choose one !PRIORITY for that PERIOD of your life - instead of a scattered attempt at 10 projects with no output. 9. All you have to do to fix sadness is figure out what you need to do, and that is your option, figuring out what to do 10. How to avoid tons of problems in life: go to bed on time (Bedtime alarm) + swap your 3-5 most common meals with healthy ones = King of the world 11. NORMALIZE SAYING: “I don’t have a clue, but I am going to figure it out anyway!” 12. 95% of Self-work a. Feelings don't require action: Create a gap (TIME) between your impulse and behavior b. To change your life change your surroundings: Want to change x, y, z = compare yourself to succesful doers of x, y, z. 13. Ultimate hack for the ones who make content: Just tell the truth, you will make so unique content. Just say what you really think adds value. a. Don't be scared of saying your opinion
I don't think taking the time to think should be taught half as hard as pushing the idea that just because there's a pause in a conversation, it needs to be filled with words. 100 times a day I'll listen to people double back on the things they said for emphasis... but no, bro, I heard you the first time. I just need to let my brain process with clarity what you just said. Teach listening first. Then teach how to speak.
I have listened to this on Spotify, then watched it here on UA-cam, and I am probably going to watch it again tomorrow to write down each of these points as I hear them. Too many people make excuses for their lives being how their life is. I am tired of being that person. It's like the voice in our heads justifies inaction towards the direction of our goals these 24 listed items are methods of squashing our own ineptitude. I urge everyone, who wants to make positive changes in their life, to do the same. Much love, thank you Chris, you wonderful Brit. We Americans are lucky to have had you move here.
"If I can't trust your no, how can I trust your yes?" I personally think that simplistic phrase should be quoted. It's something that is sooo deeply rooted and overlooked. Please quote it Chris
2:12:54 Sadness : is perceived lack of options, you don't know what options are available Anxiety: many options but ko priority, you feel scattered you can't decide
I have listened to this podcast 5 times and each time I listen I get something new from it. You both are modern day sages and I can't believe that I'm looking up to younger men! One day I think I will transcribe it word for word and commit it to memory. These words I have written cannot describe how much I love this.
I so love that Alex Hormozi talked about the “Trajedies always come in threes” nonsense. When I hear someone say a version of this, and am tempted to weigh in, my Irish Grandmother’s words “A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still” remind me to save my breath.

This kind of things being free is the best thing about youtube. This legit feels like psychology session, but free. So many insights and new perspectives.
I love this guy!! Not that hes smart and wealthy, but has this wisdom in him. He constantly seeks new ways of getting better in any area of life. He is a real man. Guys learn from and aspire to be like him.
A real man is just some neoliberal, performance-robot driven by a sheer urge to horde material wealth and inflate their egos through ruthless acquisition? If you say so…
"The way Alex defines words like behavior and intelligence is nothing short of breathtaking-it feels like a revelation that changes how you see the world. Chris, could you please create a video just centered on how Alex articulates these ideas? It was incredibly powerful and truly unforgettable."
And he has that bad-ass cool 1980’s death metal look. I wish he would do the long horizontal curls in his hair and beard like a Persian warrior just before he severs the head of his Greek enemy.
The only reason someone could hate him is that they dislike how he lives his life, and see it has judgement on how they should live theirs (which he talks about in the episode as well)
Just two jacked dudes talking philosophically. I love it. Thought - how many of the world views you both have here were shaped in part by getting and maintaining a great physiques? I'd argue a lot. The gym has so much to answer for. Thank you Chris and Alex
3 and 1/4 pages of notes from this podcast ep, so so amazing. I watched it over 3 sessions so I could give it my full attention. One of the best I've listened to :)
My favorite episodes of yours are always with Alex. He’s wealthy, humble, compassionate, and philosophical. He’s like a jacked Buddha that decided to become a CEO and wear crocs lol
I really needed message about distractions and decision making. Lately I've been overwhelmed with duties, house building, young son, work... It was just too much and so I've been delaying things. Thank you.
I have never watched a 3hrs podcast ever before but this has got me glued to the screen. You twos are inspiration to many out there in the world. I just hope this stream of over flowing knowledge reach more and more people and transform their way of thinking and change their lives.
Alex has focused his channel on business. Thank you Chris for giving him a space where you both can discuss these topics that can apply to all aspects of life. You both have an impact well beyond what you could possibly imagine.
I just started this podcast and omg, there's so many snippets of simple but profound thoughts & lessons... It'll take a long time to digest but wow, really needed this. Thank you.
This is my first time watching Alex. I was really struck by the length of his contemplative pauses before he speaks. I think most people would feel awkward pausing for that long, but after watching him I'm convinced that this only emphasizes the weight of the words he ultimately chooses. Also love his tone of voice when he speaks. It's soft, but it doesn't detract at all from his strong presence. You can tell he's as authentic as they come -- I will be watching more from him!
I sooooo damm love the background, the gym setup behind the scenes, constantly guiding you asking you, making you think of the next thing to do and constantly making you stay active, loved it
Again, love Alex Hormozi Chris ! Thankyou ! for bringing him back. It`s so interesting that I am not a business person and yet I love what Hormozi says ! He is clearly intelligent and experienced, but his thoughtfulness is what I like the most ! I like it when he pauses and looks up to the right ! He`s one of the good guys ...:)))
It was the first podcast I’ve truly studied and applied to my life. It took me 3.5 weeks to go through every chapter and jot down notes, but I’ve gained more from these 3 hours than from listening to 30 different podcasts as mere infotainment while multitasking.
I'm so glad your podcasts are so long! This gave me exactly 3 hours to procrastinate from the thing that I should be doing which is just long enough to kill all my free time and save that really important thing for tomorrow. Thank you for helping me reinforce my bad habit while simultaneously keeping me aware enough of it so that I end up hating myself over it! Both bros' voices are so sultry and wise I just can't help myself. "When you put something off, it makes it more mañana, mañana, mañana!" -Chris Williamson "Don't be a powerless bitch!" -Alex Hormozi
Alex is definitely my favorite guest. He throws so many bombs every time. Thank you Chris for these moments and for not giving up when your podcast made no views.
@18:24 What I tell myself, my colleagues, students, mentees, friends, etc. is that anxiety and excitement are biochemically essentially the same and what is more important is our interpretation and how we frame it in our mind.
most insightful episode so far... please kindly do a new podcast with alex every quarter so we can get more wisdom tidbits as he progresses towards his goal.
Something to be mindful of with these motivational podcasts, it can make you feel like you accomplished something just from listening. For every part of listening/consuming content, there should be AT LEAST two parts action.
Powerful conversation. Speaking of inputs and outcomes, I've been using this as input for 1 week: listen for 15 minutes, then get to work. Jump back for 15 min. get to work. Still only 70% through this podcast. Solid gold throughout. This is the new stoicism- contemporary, relevant philosophy on how to be a different sort of being. It's not easy for me to transcend my idiot habits, self-doubt, old patterns of being. I have found it helpful to hallucinate an internalized Alex as a member of the small counsel of my internal dialog. I'm like "do I do it now or just indulge myself in old comfort seeking habits, and do it tomorrow? What would Alex say?" Alex: "You can do it tomorrow, but in 4 generations no one will remember your name." Hurts so good. It's not about the result. It's about becoming the kind of person who gets off on the feeling of knowing at the end of the day you honestly emptied the tank. There are no external judges. It's about stacking evidence that aligns with that future self. Proof of concept. I am in the middle zone. Between planets. Committed to my efforts and no longer connected to the past. yet the massive external success is still on the horizon. Others have been where I am now. No one in my social circles can relate to what I am doing. I am not on the level of these 2 cats. But I am, as Alex puts it, directionally correct. Thank you guys for the external validation, philosophical cattle prods and hard words of no bs masculine encouragement.
Felt like awakening many times. Like real awakening.. Thanks. Looking forward to work as hard as I can and deeming myself successful after I zeroed the tank.
His definition of motivation was awesome and I think it makes even more sense when you add one more element. Motivation = hunger for something + a belief that this thing is attainable through intense action and that it won’t be attained without intense action. The belief aspect is why some poor people can be hungry without having motivation. They don’t believe that effort will make a difference. It is also why a football team stops being motivated once the score is so bad that they don’t think they can win. It is also why video games are so addicting, you know that beating every level is in fact possible.
I am the hero of my own story, facing each challenge with courage and curiosity, and embracing discomfort as the true sign of growth. I commit to acting in private the way I want to be in public, knowing that real integrity is built when no one is watching. I trust my ability to figure things out, not fearing criticism or doubt because I know they are just distractions from those who lack the courage to take action. I am here to live boldly and authentically, to make mistakes, and to learn from them, remembering always not to take life too seriously-because in the end, we’re all just passing through. Each day, I choose direction over perfection, and I lean into uncertainty, knowing that even the smallest step forward will illuminate the next. I focus on outcomes, not on fears, understanding that what I fear doing most is often exactly what I most need to do. With a clear mind, I align my actions with my values, building a life of purpose, progress, and joy.
Wow, great video! At first I didn’t think it would interest me however, after listening for a bit I couldn’t stop because I constantly keep hearing things that described me over and over! Thanks again for sharing your perspective. I have subscribed and will share this with as many people as I can!!!
It may seem unrelated, but learning golf the last few months has really reinforced how you need to put in the reps if you want success. Can't just sit around and hope to get better at golf. Gotta hit 1000's and 1000's of balls and put in the work. Same for being successful at anything. Sure, there's luck; but it's far better to make your own luck by taking action rather than sit around hoping to get lucky.
"Enjoy the life you have" is especially thought provoking for me. I keep praying on my knees for every next thing and when I finally get it, it's worthless to me within 2 months, in fact I end up resenting it and praying for the next thing.
Every episode with Hormozi is just a monumental wealth of knowlege. Not sure why I haven't done it up until now... but I'm going to go order Hormozi's books. Commenting now to be able to look back one day and see this as the pivotal moment in my life.... ideally without snapping my Achilles
I really found this interview helpful. I had success early in life that was abnormal, now dealing with pushing thru after covid, this gives me a lot of new ways to look at my past career and how to approach the future

Props to Chris for not cutting out those pauses, it makes this look and feel more authentic, I love it…
Such a refreshing change from the political stuff…
Yes it’s great. It does look a bit theatrical but I like theater.

LIST of 17 QUOTES Discussed in this Video 👇
0. “Hard things are hard, that’s why they’re hard” (0:00)
1. “The biggest risk to your future isn’t your competition, it’s the distractions you insist on keeping in your life rather than doing the things you know you should be doing but aren’t.” (0:06)
2. “Bad things don’t come in threes. Bad things happen, people don’t know how to cope, and they allow one bad thing to snowball into more. Bad stuff sucks, the only thing worse is letting one bad thing ruin many good things.” (09:09)
3. “Successful people see opportunity in every failure. Normal people see failure in every opportunity. Both are right, only one gets rich.” (13:18)
4. “You once wanted the life you have, and if you don’t like the life you have, you probably won’t like the one you want but don’t have either.” (23:52)
5. “We don’t rise to the standards we have when others are watching, we fall to the standards we have when no one is watching. The only work that really matters is the work that no one sees. It shows you who you really are rather than who you say you are.” (31:14)
6. “If you want revenge for the bad things that have happened in your life, start with the version of you that hasn’t lived up to your potential” (42:03)
7. “Everyone is jealous of what you’ve got, no one is jealous of how you got it” (46:47) - Jimmy Carr
8. “There’s a saying that if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life. At Apple, I learned that is a total croc. You will work harder than you ever thought possible but the tools will feel light in your hands” (53:43) - Tim Cook
9. If you are the criticizer: Does tearing down someone who has the courage you lack make you better?” (1:01:24) - Mark Manson
10. “Reminder for anyone internally debating weekend plans. If you don’t want to go, don’t go. If they care whether you go or not, they don’t care about you. If they care about you, they don’t care if you go or not. Just because you have free time, doesn’t mean anyone who asks for it is entitled to it” (1:08:07)
11. Find the others…” (1:32:02) - Timothy Leary
12. “There’s no perfect way to live your 20s. You either live them up and become an underskilled 30-year-old, or you work them up and become an underlived 30-year-old. You just have to figure out which you’d rather be. Accept the tradeoff and know that there are no do-overs” (2:03:44)
13. The bar for winning has never been so low.” (2:16:53)
14. “How to avoid tons of problems in life: go to bed on time” (2:25:00)
15. “Having a clue is overrated. There’s this funny myth that people actually know what they’re doing. I’ve spent time around some of the richest, smartest, highest-status people on the planet, and let me tell you: It’s idiots all the way up. Normalize saying ‘I don’t have a clue, I’m going to work out how to do it anyway’.” (2:31:59) - Chris Williamson
16. “A lot of self-work can be summarized into: Thoughts aren’t true, feelings don’t require actions, things aren’t good or bad, they just are. Our greatest enemy is ignorance. To change your life, change your surroundings. Our actions, not our pasts, define who we are.” (2:34:28)
17. “I have led a toothless life. A toothless life. I have never bitten into anything. I was waiting. I was reserving myself for later on, and I have just noticed that my teeth have gone.” (2:55:36) - Jean-Paul Sartre
Quick closing disclaimer: I've transcribed most of these quotes by hand, there might be a couple of errors as English is my strong second language. Most of the quotes that weren't directly associated with an author are either from Alex Hormozi, or an author I do not recognize. Cheers!

I say the same thing lol. Thoughts are thoughts - but they aren’t us. Our primary enemy is heedlessness and secondary enemy is laziness.
You think our actions define us
❤
Exactly

🧠My favourite resonating ideas in no specific order:
Definitions:
Learning: Same condition different behavior
Intelligence: Speed, rate of learning
Motivation: The equal opposite of deprivation, we are most motivated when we are deprived of something.
SADNESS: the *perceived* lack of options
Anxiety: many options but no priorities.
7. Best framework for hard times: The bigger the dragon, the more epic the story, the more epic the hero
8. Hyper proponent of narrow single focus - extend time horizon for goals. Choose one !PRIORITY for that PERIOD of your life - instead of a scattered attempt at 10 projects with no output.
9. All you have to do to fix sadness is figure out what you need to do, and that is your option, figuring out what to do
10. How to avoid tons of problems in life: go to bed on time (Bedtime alarm) + swap your 3-5 most common meals with healthy ones = King of the world
11. NORMALIZE SAYING: “I don’t have a clue, but I am going to figure it out anyway!”
12. 95% of Self-work
a. Feelings don't require action: Create a gap (TIME) between your impulse and behavior
Thank u!

This 3 hours of a conversation is better than 100 books on self-help ❤
Straight away Alex pausing before he speaks.. more people need to think like this before speaking 🔥
I noticed this too. I kept thinking there was an add cuing up or something. He’s not in a hurry to get his message across.
Editing video is easier this way 😄
I don't think taking the time to think should be taught half as hard as pushing the idea that just because there's a pause in a conversation, it needs to be filled with words.

I have listened to this podcast 5 times and each time I listen I get something new from it. You both are modern day sages and I can't believe that I'm looking up to younger men! One day I think I will transcribe it word for word and commit it to memory. These words I have written cannot describe how much I love this.
" You understand the outcome you want, you put your blinders on and you start digging" pure poetry
Agreed
I so love that Alex Hormozi talked about the “Trajedies always come in threes” nonsense. When I hear someone say a version of this, and am tempted to weigh in, my Irish Grandmother’s words “A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still” remind me to save my breath.
The UNQUENCHED DESIRE to KNOW and the INTOLERABLE PAIN of NOT KNOWING is the result of this podcast... At its CORE
This is a really gay comment
Desire to know and pain of not knowing are fundamentally the same thing.
@@youngbahss3220 The result might be the same but the initial input are different. Jumping off a cliff and falling off a cliff are different situations that lead to the same outcomes.

WOW! This podcast episode is going to change the trajectory of my life. Thank yall so much for the wisdom
Honestly Chris is the most underrated podcaster
This is my first time watching Alex. I was really struck by the length of his contemplative pauses before he speaks. I think most people would feel awkward pausing for that long, but after watching him I'm convinced that this only emphasizes the weight of the words he ultimately chooses. Also love his tone of voice when he speaks. It's soft, but it doesn't detract at all from his strong presence. You can tell he's as authentic as they come -- I will be watching more from him!
can we get these conversations quarterly? like alex says, we need to be reminded more than taught. and i can use these convos as a reminder!
I sooooo damm love the background, the gym setup behind the scenes, constantly guiding you asking you, making you think of the next thing to do and constantly making you stay active, loved it
You two together is just naturally great content every time.
I've watched a number of these "how to be successful" videos, and this is by far the most informative I've watched. Great job, Chris and Alex.

It was the first podcast I’ve truly studied and applied to my life. It took me 3.5 weeks to go through every chapter and jot down notes, but I’ve gained more from these 3 hours than from listening to 30 different podcasts as mere infotainment while multitasking.
I could watch a new one of these every week or month. I re listen to them all the time.
The pauses are class. Thank for a great podcast
Have been waiting all week for this. Always the best way to spend 3hrs
I'm so glad your podcasts are so long! This gave me exactly 3 hours to procrastinate from the thing that I should be doing which is just long enough to kill all my free time and save that really important thing for tomorrow. Something to be mindful of with these motivational podcasts, it can make you feel like you accomplished something just from listening. For every part of listening/consuming content, there should be AT LEAST two parts action.
Dopamine hits from this are empty ones compared to the hits from the motivation of doing the work
Powerful conversation.
I agree with you 💯!
