Are you sad to see Jurgen Klopp leave the Premier League?
nah, happy actually liverpool is finished
@@DavidThomasshowklopp to united, Sir Jim did it lmao
@@DavidThomasshow If you watched the video announcement, you would know that he did, in fact, say he would never manage another English team.
I'm very sad. As a City fan, the CityPool seasons have been unforgettable.

Rory , as a Liverpool fan thank you for giving our gaffer the appreciation he deserves, it’s a very sad day for us Liverpool fans many are in tears but it’s heartwarming to hear your words. Thank you
Greetz from germany ❤! Kloppo , YNWA, Liverpool...Just FANTASTIC!!!😊
I am absolutely devastated. The journeys, the moments, those treasured memories that will live in the memory of all the follow to club, and even, id imagine, those that don't. An icon is leaving, a chapter is closing and I am not ready to say goodbye.
I feel the same bro absolutely devastated
I am devastated. Feels like a death in the family. The best 9 years of my Liverpool life. What a wild ride
Feel your pain brother
No exaggeration 😮
Couldve won 3 champions leagues if it wasnt for one of the strongest Real Madrid teams ever
@@mechmoh1421same for the prem too. He’s a genius, worked wonders on a limited budget. One of Liverpools greatest ever managers.
@@mechmoh1421or five premier leagues if not for City 😂
I cannot imagine life without Jurgen...
Can't go back to banter era before Klopp
At least he rebuilt your team before leaving
wait until everton finish above you post klopp
@@temporaryuseraccount0012that’s if they don’t go down this year
I’m even sad and I’m an Arsenal fan. Been following Klopp since Dortmund days and basically grown up watching him. This could be Liverpool’s “last dance” moment sending Klopp off with a PL title would be the perfect ending and will surely motivate the players like crazy
He‘s an absolute Legend!
Top 4 best managers in modern PL history for me
Ferguson
Pep
Jose
Klopp
Wenger is a legend but no European success and 8 seasons with 0 trophies
@@BrandonAyong Agreed! In my opinion he could even overtake Mourinho in the future because he‘s ruining his legacy in the recent past…
@@Reapacz I mean still 2 European finals in the last 2 seasons he's just not that great anymore in league football but I do think he'll get another big job next
Klopp has definitely been better than Jose in recent years
Klopps last game at Anfield and the ceremony is going to make me cry so hard. I love Klopp, I've watched him since his Dortmund days. What he's done for football and the connections he builds with everyone around him is so wonderful. From a West ham fan ❤️
what Klopp did at Liverpool was amazing, and he created one of my favorite attacking trios of all time in Mane, Firmino and Salah, so it is sad to see him go from Liverpool, although i think finding a replacement will be very difficult for Liverpool, but i`m sure that Xabi Alonso are going to be one of the managers that Liverpool will try and get to replace Klopp, especially if Xabi Alonso gets Leverkusen to win the bundesliga.
@@JA1000mbo
3 Champions League finals and a UEFA Cup final and many EPL 2nd's
and winning 1 epl and a Champions League with a few domestic cups
is a fantastic stint for a manager.
If it wasn't for the multi-billion dollar super teams like Real Madrid and
City the guy would of cleaned up big time.
@@JA1000mboYou're saying that but Fergie only won it twice in his long spell Wenger didn't even win it and it's taken Pep a long time to get 1 with city lol
Haven't felt like this since the day it was announced that Kenny had resigned. Too young for Paisley and Shankly, but Kenny really hurt. We understood - no one should ever go through what that man endured in his time at Liverpool - but it was devastating. And here, again, if Klopp thinks it's time then we respect that. He's earned the right to leave on his own terms.
This man transformed Liverpool into what it is today from great teams, players and identity. Like shanks He build a new bastion of invincibility
They're not invincible though because of Man City 🤣, also Real Madrid, they didn't win as much as they should have and won 2 0 - 0 finals vs Chelsea 🙄. They have been brilliant the last few years but invincible is too far.
So invincible that they missed out on 8 premier leagues titles and Champions league cups in 9years 😂
Go to Anfield lads…….. no one beats us there. Sure the one loss every blue moon, Klopp turned Anfield back into a fortress and no one wants to play Liverpool
As a non Liverpool fan the league wont be the same without him
I never thought I'd feel this devastated about a manager leaving. Hurts more than losing any final or league title. Hurts more than any player leaving. Klopp is Liverpool.
I said the same thing. Gerrard hurt, Mané, Firmino, Origi, Milner, Henderson all hurt, Torres and Suárez hurt... But I'm heartbroken after this.
Yea imagine how we felt when fergie left. Was crying, and i instantly knee we would not be the same. Another 30 years for you 😂
Feels like a family member has passed away😢😢😢😢😢
This is such a great loss for football, the end of an Era. Klopp is such a likable leader, he was often head to head with Pep, this man had done so many things for the club and for football in general. You will be sorely missed. Always a Liverpool at heart...
As a Liverpool fan I'm gutted 😭
Best manager we've had in my lifetime
The saddest part is he is the physical embodiment of Liverpool, were not just losing a manager but the soul of the club as well. Xabi Alonso is the answer though, im looking forward to the next iteration of LFC.
City fan but gunna miss Klopp, His team played great football.
Guaranteed more than ever now though that Liverpool win the league, the players will wanna put an extra shift in
On a human level whatever team you support you can only love klopp what a legend..
As a Liverpool fan, I’m absolutely heartbroken. He is irreplacable. Won the lot with limited resources and made avarage players superstars.
Oh, also lost the europa league final to Sevilla 😋
@@tigerstripey4885digging in the past for that one kid.
As a Liverpool fan, gutted. He made me fall in love with this club
as a Liverpool fan I am very heartbroken due to the news
🤣🤣 back to 7th next season
He dropped the news at the perfect time. How are any side meant to beat Liverpool now with the motivation they will have.
It's not just about the results but more so that he embodies everything what Liverpool footballclub is about.
West Ham fan here. It says something about Klopp that, when I could watch Liverpool as a neutral, I always supported them purely because of my respect for him.
Beautifully said, as always Rory. Jurgen Klopp, as you said, brought that power and that fight back in Liverpool. Honestly can’t believe it still. What a sad day this is for us liverpool fans. One point Ill make on how good Klopp
is, and I always say it. The man made Divock Origi a club legend. I think that says it all on how good of a manager he was! 😂 He will always be my hero for bringing me my first league title and allowing me to see us lift the Champions League with my own eyes. Club legend. Premier League legend. What a man.
It's devastating but understandable as Klopp needs his time now before its to late and we should respect his decision but Liverpool will love and miss him always YNWA ❤
Wow. This is massive. As an Arsenal fan out of all the clubs who aren't Arsenal in the PL he was my favorite manager
Klopp is truly one of the best managers in Premier League history, not just for the Premier League but for Liverpool. Completely changing Liverpool into mentality monsters not just once, but twice! I don't think there is a single manager that can replace Klopp legacy, We true Liverpool fans have always believed in Klopp and will always believe in him.
Lets not forget he did this with Borussia Dortmund as well. Winning the Bundesliga and Champions League! Insanely special manager!
I feel genuine grief, balling my eyes out rn 😭
Man I really have no idea how to handle this. 10 years ago I needed something more in my life, I was flat, I had no aspirations, I was confused about what I would be in the future. I started watching more football, and found myself attached to Jurgen and his squad at Dortmund. I loved every second of each match I saw. I loved the atmosphere, I loved the spectacle, it let me feel emotions I didn't realize I had been repressing.
When Klopp announced he was leaving Dortmund, I was at a crossroads. I was finishing High School, and I didn't see a future for myself in further education. I saw my path very rapidly diverging from my peers. I had begun to find solace in watching Klopp lead his team, whether it was a good day or a bad day for me or the squad, it always served as an outlet that I couldn't find in normal life. Now that very personal ritual was being upended - just as my life was rapidly evolving.
Ten years before, I was in Paris with family on vacation on the night of the CL final in Istanbul. I fell asleep before the match kicked off. I wasn't even ten years old, an American kid who played Soccer but didn't have any love for professional clubs. When I woke up the next morning, I don't think I had ever seen my Dad so animated. He regaled our family with the story of the match - Milan had scored three, Liverpool had their backs against the wall. The comeback, the double save in extra time, Dudek's ('The Dude,' he affectionately called him) wobbly legs and becoming the hero in the shootout. My dad wasn't an LFC fan, he really wasn't a fan of any sports team. He loves tales of fighting back against impossible odds, he loves stories that help us understand our own humanity. It was the first time I saw sport as more than a game - in certain moments sport became an allegory for meaning itself.
When Jurgen announced he was coming to LFC that memory rushed back into my brain. I was certain then that I would support Jurgen, and LFC, and the journey they took together until they could go no further. Today, I learned the limits of where that journey could go. I struggle to think of where I go from here. For now I reflect on the memories, and of all the wonderful moments, and of all the tragedies, and of the songs, and of the goals.
The saddest part is that outside of Liverpool or Dortmund he'll never get the recognition because he always played the underdog team. Still the last non-bayern manager to win the bundesliga and the last non-man city manager to win the prem and he played to the rules. One of the few managers to show genuine passion for the sport, and would always say his thoughts. Many ridiculed him for speaking out about too many games, and yet he was proven right. Many called him out when he spoke against the quality of refereeing, and yet he was proven right. He showed through charity work, that he cares. He even spoke against tory politicians, showing unity with liverpool fans.
He's not to everyone's tastes, but he's not everyones manager. He's the manager of Liverpool, and a legend of Liverpool.
True could have been on 3 pl titles and 3 ucl
What are you talking about ? Why does everyone make it out that Liverpool are some plucky underdog, he's the manager of debatably England's biggest club he's got the 3rd highest wage bill. He's been exceptional but he's not doing this on a Burnley budget.
Surprising and very sincere tribute Rory. I'm scrolling the fan channels and the response to Klopp leaving has been the same. The bottom line is that the Premier League will become a lesser place when our great manager leaves. YNWA
Seeing Klopp leave LFC is a sad day for football and the PL. Such a sad day! One of the best, if not the best!
Iv been crying my eyes out like my father has died. came to the club when i was 14 and now i’m 22. truly devastating. this man has given us so much happiness and joy.
Brillant Rory! Thx 4 all! Greetz from germany 😊
He really is the ultimate underdog, he's always had the odds against him yet still did better than anyone else could
Underdog? 😂😂
As a Liverpool fan I'm devastated. Hope we can keep going on all fronts but i guess we'll see. But anyway the man feels like he has to leave so - Jurgen YNWA. Best of luck
As a Liverpool fan I’m crushed. He’s my favorite EVER manager.. not seeing the hugs, the fist pumps and the excitement anymore is soul crushing.
I'm not even a Liverpool Fan but honestly now i wish Liverpool the Title and a Happy End for Klopp .
I felt the same when bob paislry left then it was king kenny now jurgen. It was no different when fergie left utd. You cant replace those type of managers.
I’m f ing devastated. Massive massive loss. Great speech Rory 👏🏼
Worried for Liverpool going forward
The owners HAVE to get it right going forward...… Xabi maybe?
That being said the odds of a Liverpool title win this season will be cut drastically perfect goodbye gift
A gift? ...from whom?
Xavi hahaha yoj muppet
I'm so sad, I loved watching this Liverpool team play! But hey maybe one day he'll come back!
Every Liverpool player would fight to get the best for Jurgen for the reminder of the season
Don't think it'll effect the players negatively they'd known since November and have been playing great
Oh .. didn't knew they knew so early
I have always admire Jurgen since his day at dortmund he’s phenomenal energetic passionate it’s sad to see him leave he’s one of the best
KTBFFH
Taking Ferguson and Guardiola out of hit who have 30+ trophies, you have to remember that Klopp wining his 10 or 12 or so is still in the top 1% of all managers ever, hes in the definition of "made it" and this from a United fan, all the best to you and your family Jurgen
It’s not just sad for Liverpool but the premier league
Now we need to get someone in who knows the club. To get a smile back on everyone’s faces.
I wonder who will be the person am crying as now can believe this
I think Klopp will be at national club level next, possibly for Germany.
He was both the most passionate and honest manager in the game though, and I don’t think we’ll ever have another Jurgen.
Thank you for everything Jurgen ❤ 🙌
The prem is so finished without klopp,im a united fan but he was different, banter aside he will be missed
Im done💔 this season has broken me😭
I could see the team being stronger it was always said they would run through walls for him now with this I think they will run harder and try to go out on a high for him
Right up there with the best of all time. Did it on a limited (comparatively) budget, revamped the entire team top to bottom, the training ground, the stadium. Such a game changing manager
From a Liverpool fan keep up the good work pal always have a balance and logical view 👌🏻
as a liverpool fan, i’m absolutely devastated, we’ve been though high and lows but never have i turned on him. Thank you for everything Klopp❤
Of all the videos I have watched on this subject, yours made me more emotional.
As a blue I am torn as I am hugely relieved that he is going but sadden for football as the quality of him as a human is unrivalled big loss for the PL
Regardless of your thoughts of LFC, Klopp is a legend of our sport and lovers of the sport will find this a sad day
Please remember Rory that Bob Paisley took Liverpool further than Shankly and conquered Europe 3 times and won every pot going.
When Uncle Bob left I was devastated.
Jurgen's announcement had me close to tears but what a ride we've had with him here.
Klops 2nd league title incoming. Smart.
The Premier League is poorer for not having him. He returned Liverpool to respectability, you could tell he loved the club. As a United fan im genuinely sorry to see him go.
When Jurgen signed that last contract I couldn't believe it, I knew he was running out if energy. How I feel right now? I wanna cry 😥
Stunned and distraught. I'm wondering what players who signed this summer are thinking now. This could undo the whole season.
As a Chelsea fan I hate him, but it comes from a place of jealousy. What a manager. A real stand out character in the league
Well balanced and unbiased video. Well done Rory.
Too young for Shankly but was alive during the middle of the Paisley era, saw some silky football. Shankly laid the foundation for what was to became the boot room. Paisley carried on the tradition and it died out with Sir Kenny and Roy Evans, god that boot room churned some great managers. All great managers of their time, but did not have the social media spin that you do now. But in those days the club was owned by a local self made man (Peter Moores i believe)who ploughed money into it.
Then we had a succession of overseas managers then Brendan. When Klopp came, he was the vreath of fresh air the club needed. Just want to thank him for what he has done in this modern age of football with camera phones and social media squadron around him. He made the silk purse out of a sows ear. He will be up there in the pantheon of great Liverpool managers and will never be forgotten.
I hope the players give everything for Klopp in his last season with us.
That thumbnail is class
Mr Yeast vibes
Watching the rematch vs Barcelona with my dad was genuinely a top 5 experience of my entire life. I've spent 12 years of my life with this man. I never met him, but i genuinely have a deeper connection to him than to some of my family members.
wen i heard the news, i was lost for words...it hit me hard... look am a uganda and ive released that seriously football is not just a mater of life and death but a way of life. am still gutted... but i wish klopp alll the best and hopefully we get a great manager again
Eras come to an end but for Jurgen its too early.
You are loving it Rory and so are all the other teams supporters.
100% I'm loving it..best news for some time. Rory isn't being true to himself...he's a walloper
"it's not so important what people think of you when you come in, it's much more important what people feel when you leave" - Jürgen Klopp 2015 First Press Conference for Liverpool.
heart broken and im not even a liverpool fan 😢
As a Liverpool supporter I love Klopp and devastated his leaving, but just wanted to state that Bob Pasley was probably the greatest Liverpool manager, but in the modern era Klopp is undoubtedly a true Liverpool legend
Jurgen v Pep has been the last 9 years.....the one coach pep respects and fears the most. Now what...Truly end of an era. YNWA
Im in shock but I respect his decision. I would like to Alonso taking over.
Knew this day would come one day... but not so soon... not now...... Still , after so many years, Yes..... THE EPL is a tough league and may have taken a toll on him...... Thank you Jurgen Klopp, Respect your decision.... Your legacy ..Liverpool
To be mentioned on the same level as Shankly says it all. Love the man ❤. Let's give him the send-off of trophies he deserves .
I would love nagelsmann as a Liverpool fan

@@rinorsopjani1708 it’s so frustrating because we know he can win more, we’re getting better again and now he’s going, I just can’t believe it
He not only energised the club, he invigorated the whole city of Liverpool.
There will be a movie about Jurgan Klopp he is that iconic and such a character
Whether you love, like, dislike, or hate Klopp, the one truly undeniable fact about him is that he's honest and passionate. He says what he feels and isnt scared to, even if he changes his mind later. I think thats what makes his interview come across as incredibly earnest.
Absolutely gutted still sinking in what he's done to this club
Genuinely first time I have ever felt depression from football
Well said, Rory !! 👍
I hope he's healthy, it's difficult to provide an adequate response without the reason being understood.
Its not just the loss of Klopp, its also all the backroom staff who are essential.
I really cant believe rival fans are happy with this. Without Klopp the premier league would have been the biggest farmer league in the world the past years
It's still been u only won 1 in 8 years chill out
@@therealhb1763 yeah but it went to the last couple of games for almost every year... otherwise city would have won most of them in februari 😂
I’ve seen Shankly Paisley Fagan Dalglish go and the club carries on . Klopp had 9 years at the highest most intense competitive level and he’s given his all . Fair play to him for listening to his intuition. Managers are better when they’re a bit younger to match the energy of young footballers. I like the way Girona play , not sure about Alonso . But the club will make its decision regardless
I’ll never forget being in the job centre when someone said Steve mclaren had been sacked
This is a smart move.Leaving the club in good shape.
Legend forever our boss.
As a United fan I'm glad he's going because it's one less elite manager to compete against but as football fan I think he's top drawer and will be a loss to the prem.
Can see him going to Bayern.
respect to you rory
