I have the same color and love this watch. I love the candy bar cyclops, easy to read. That’s partly why I bought it, plus this rare green dial. But getting older, need to be easier on the eyes, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, awesome time piece, and plan on keeping always. Peace, Matt😎😎👍
There’s a 42 Willard as far as I’m aware but could be pricey. You could try a seiko mini turtle if you’re unsure about the size. It has a slightly smaller case. The lug to lug across the wrist is 42.5 mm, 5.2 shorter and could be your solution for your wrist size. You would still get nice wrist presence, lighter and more comfortable.
Haven’t had a chance to try a mini Turtle, I bet it would fit better. It does look a little ‘off’ in my opinion design-wise though. I’m a better fan of the Willard than the regular Turtle case shape because of the lug width. Thanks for the info!
Good looking watch with some real nice improvements. Not to be overly picky but I wish it had a 6r movement. I've had several issues with the 4r movements so I'm a bit biased against them
Yeah, they're like $400 in my country too. The black waffle is even cheaper and it comes with SS bracelet too. I really like the overall look of the watch particularly in green but that cyclop kinda turn off for me a little bit. I'll have to look at it myself in person to see if the cyclop bothers me or not.
$400 sounds like a good price for the specs of the watch. The cyclops didn’t bother me much, but if you ever decide to take the plunge, I’ve heard of people popping their cyclops on their Datejusts and Subs, so it can be removed.
I’m on the boat of wear what you like. Most of watches on my collection is around 38-40mm watches, but it doesn’t stop me for trying in something like a Ploprof or a Turte. Hope you have a nice day.

I have a 8 inch wrist and wear from 34 mm to 45 mm . This seiko king Turtle is a perfect watch.
Awesome! Wear what you like 😁 most non-watch people don’t care much in my experience 😅 we’re a picky bunch.

Good point, I have a SARB with the 6r movement and it’s pretty good, haven’t had issues with any 4r movements (so far 🤞)
no issues with my 4r. but ive read a lot of issues with the 6r.
What kind of issues you have with 4R movement im looking to buy it but I heard bad histories about that movement
The original strap is the best
Looking at one of these right now on ebay under $400
It’s a good deal for that price! Good luck 👍

£400??? Where from?

Hey do you know the strap width for the Barton green silicone? Thank you
What strap is that? Looks great!
Found it on Amazon: 60's French Troops Parachute... www.amazon.com/dp/B07RBWV12H?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Thank you for watching! 😁
All this talk of a watch being 'too big' for your wrist size is rubbish. Some people like big watches. Everyone else can just mind their own business.
Thank you, I find some big watches (not many) kinda appealing.
where do I find these stripes?
Did you mean the strap? Which one?
I. Have one is good
It’s a beautiful watch but way too big for your wrist
I agree, but the lug to lug of the turtle case shape makes it really comfy. Thanks for watching! 😄
@@WeekontheWrist i think you can pull it off with no problem due to the low lug to lug
Thank you! I’m about to try a Willard shaped case soon, maybe the 20mm lug width makes it look a little less bulkier 😄
You got tiny ass wrists dude!.
I have. one
I feel so sorry for guys who have girl-size wrists like you do trying to wear a man-size watch. Looks ridiculous.
