I love the way you explain things step by step and leave in the whole arranging procedure. I find it especially helpful that you leave in the pieces where you change the position of a flower or change the arrangement in some way and explain why.
I love your style mine is similar. Thank you for demonstrating the frog technique. What a gorgeous arrangement and your talent is amazing. I would like to grow a garden also.
Wow, Kiana, you are incredibly talented and such an inspirational floral artist! Thank you for sharing your techniques - I found this video super helpful. I have your "Color Me Floral" book and I am obsessed with your style. I have always loved the Dutch Floral Paintings and your work absolutely evokes that beauty! Cheers from Texas
Hello, Kiana and congrats and thanks for what you are doing. This video gave me back the sparkle into creating floral designs. I do have one question though, as I have never used a pin frog and I want to swap the floral foam with this. Do you insert the stem of the flowers into the nail or in between them? How do so many flower come into that little pin frog? Thanks again and looking forward to devour your channel, this is the first video of yours that I have watched.
This is such a beautiful arrangement. Flowers are so ephemeral, though. How long will an arrangement using these flowers and fruits last? Is there something special that can be added to the water to give them a longer life? I have used little floral packets that come with small bouquets at the market, but I do not think they helped my flowers to last much longer than they otherwise would have done, which is usually only a few days. I use distilled water instead of tap water because of the chemicals added to tap water. Is it better to use a certain type of water, e.g. distilled, spring, etc.?
Hi I have a question! Ranunculus have very soft stems so how do you avoid breaking the stems when you pull them to the side? Your work is beautiful and I'm learning so much! Thank you!!
Hi Megan, thank you for your positive feedback. In general, ranunculus can be gently bent without breaking the stems. Just be patient and if the stem feels like it isn't moving into position, pull it out and try a slightly different spot.
Hi Xenia, not all of the flowers have to be secured in the frog. You use the frog to build your base, and then other flowers can be inserted between stems, without necessarily needed to be secured directly into the frog. Hope this helps!
Hi Kiana, when you have to transport the arrangement, since some flowers just sit in between the stems (not all pinned to the frog), would the arrangement stand still? Also just wondering, since the vase is filled with water, is there any special handling during the transportation? There wouldn't be water splash problem with foam since it absorbs water, but with the frog might bit different? Hope you can advise since I'd love to use the frog 😊😊
Are the floral stems pressed in between the frog's spikes or onto the spikes? In other words, do the spikes pierce the bottoms of the stems, or do the stems just snuggle between the spikes. This is unclear to me.

Your arrangement is a "piece of art" thank you for sharing your knowledge!
So beautiful, gives me sense of relaxing in a warm orangery in Tuscany xx
You are amazing!! Beautiful job!! This was 5 years ago. Are you planning on doing any more videos in 2023?

Outstanding!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊🙌
Lovely! Do you put the flowers directly on the spikes or in between the spikes?
So beautiful. Can you show how you arrange your garden outside?
Thanks for this video..so beautiful! Where do you source your flowers?
Can you do a floral table runner please? I’d love to see what you’d create. Thank you

it's amazing, but i don't know how to change the water, it's need to be changed everyday right>
Hi! I have a question: do you pierce the stem into the pin or just place it in between the pins?
Hi Erin - actually, both. However, woody stems are more difficult to pierce, and tend to go in-between the pins.

I wish it were as easy as you make it look.
Hi! I want to buy a floral frog but I have doubts regarding to the size. Which size do you recommend me to practice first?
Have you wired any blooms?
Hi how much water did you use to fill the vessel?
When I was really young, I always thought these things were some ancient clothes scrub where people bring to riverbanks to wash their clothes LOL
Hi I can not wait to watch your next video! Are U unloading any new lately?😊
It would be nice if you could have a camera looking down into the vessel, making it easier to see the exact placement of each stem
Where do you buy kumquats on the branch?!
Gorgeous! How do all these flowers manage to stay pinned to the frog? Visually seems like there are more flowers then the frog can hold..
Hi Xenia, not all of the flowers have to be secured in the frog. You use the frog to build your base, and then other flowers can be inserted between stems, without necessarily needed to be secured directly into the frog. Hope this helps!
Thanks for clarifying!

Can you tell us how much can cost this kind of arrangement?

Both! The spikes piercing woody stems can create a nice base which will allow other stems to nest in between (and/or between the spikes). Cheers.
That makes sense. Thank you.
Beautiful with freshness but so slow
Can you provide information about the hieght and width of this vessel please? Thank you
Hi Noura, the diameter is about 8"/20cm, with a similar height. Cheers - Kiana
Tulipina thank you Kiana ❤ I appreciate it
Very interesting and informative but your voice fades out way too much. Not sure if it was a mic problem or what…
