sir looking for a little help i upadted DVR firmware everything loaded up ok and it rebooted the DVR but when it loaded up again only one camera is displaying now camera 2 is saying no Video have i got to re enable somthing thanks you G any help or pointers would be great thank you
Hi, (Camera 2) connect to (camera 1) place (DVR Backside) and check it, whether the camera side wiring is proper or not. If camera 2 is not working in camera 1 position then check the camera2 powersupply & wiring
can i ask you a question,,does the web browers client have exactly the same functionalty as if you a accessing the dvr driectly or are some options different?

Under warranty product only the hikvision will do repair, Better use VGA to HDMI converter in that case
