Hey Alan - I actually think it’s the #1 brokerage for new agents. The support our team offers is unmatched. I have a lot of new agents on my team, and they are killing it.
They don't do much diligence. I've seen homes with compass plate on the road and they sell primo prices with all kinds of property potential disasters.
I’m sitting on the fence did 3.5 million part time with Homesmart now my friend is trying to recruit me to come to compass but I don’t have a split so it’s definitely a hard decision 😩😩😩😩😩
