At last!! ...a fully informative video about Koh Phangan. Congratulations on the way you structured the video and the detailed information provided for each area. I also really enjoyed the way you gave viewers a broad and thorough view of the island, with clear map references. Excellent work. I gave the video a like and subscribed on the spot.
Excellent video and great overview of each of the beach areas on the island! Using this for our next trip there! Thank you. Wishing you many more wonderful travels
So informative! Thank you for all the effort you put in. We are heading here in feb. Mainly for yoga, not so keen on the nightlife, so we really appreciate your recommendation for quiet locations.
Great video. Just subscribed. I like pros and cons of each area that is easily presented and located on the map for the traveler to decide where they’d enjoy the most.
I miss Bottle Beach so much!! That was pretty comprehensive video. The north is def the most chill and I would recommend the sunrise side of Haad Rin to the more budget traveller wanting to be near the Full Moon party. Happy Travels
@@AlwaysonaJourney thank you 🙏🏻. How did you travel around the island? We don’t want to hire scooters (our travel insurance won’t cover it) and Google says there’s no grab there.
Well done! Super informative video, something we often don’t see other than me, me, full moon! Don’t forget to stop off at Hin Kong beach between Thong Sala and Sri Thanu, probably better then Zen beach for the sunset as there’s a sand bar you can walk out to. 😉
I remember the famous magic mushrooms shake at the end of Koh phangan beach, after drinking this you really have a lot of fun and roll in the sand 😅is this still available ? My advice is not to stay to close from the full moo party it s really to loud and anyhow it’s almost the same happening every day ,and they are other parties in the center of the island ,they call it shiva moon party, half moon party all the tome a pretext for rave party 😅😅😅😅
I am not familiar with many of the hotels on the island. I have stayed in Sarikantang in Ban Tai and Cookies SaLad Resort in Haad Salad. Both were very nice. ;-)
At the made of September is still good for the weather condition it's mighty rain but not alot. The rainy season will start the meet of October onwards.
There is full moon party every full moon which is once a month. You can check the date on internet. For more parties You can ask your hotel about it, (we went to half moon party 6 yrs ago and the price much more expensive than full moon one)

Thank you so much for yuour kind feedback. Much appreciated. ;-)
This is so much better than other videos, mostly because of the clear maps. It really puts things into perspective.
Thank you. I'm glad to hear that.
Your video format of showing the maps and then the content is excellent!

Thank you. I think Koh Phangan has so much to offer other than nightlife. Other parts of the island are often overlooked. Have a great time. ;-)

This is a great guide! I just posted a video from my recent trip to Koh Phangan. I loved it!
Thank you. Which area did you stay in?
@@AlwaysonaJourney I was more or less in the Baan Tai area. It was great!
Спасибо огромное! Теперь знаем куда отправиться.
Thank you. Hope you're njoy your stay on the island.
Thank you for such an informative video. We’re currently on Koh Samui and planning our stops on Koh Phangan so this has been really useful :)
Excellent
I hope you have a brilliant trip. :-)
@@AlwaysonaJourney thank you 🙏🏻. How did you travel around the island? We don’t want to hire scooters (our travel insurance won’t cover it) and Google says there’s no grab there.
We had our car with us. Alternatively there are tuk tuk that can take you around the island.
@@AlwaysonaJourney oh amazing thank you 🙏🏻
Real the paradise ❤
I agree. It's a beautiful island.

Thank you! 🙏🏼
You're so welcome!
OMGGG I like your video, it's very nice and looks so funny😊 (Am Thai fan)
Thank you! 😃 Where in Thailand are you from?
@@AlwaysonaJourney from Bangkok 😊 I wish you come to Bangkok also.
@@earnphanyaphat5819 I often visit Bangkok. I wuill be there in February for a week.
@@AlwaysonaJourney ohhh sounds good 😊 enjoy your trip 🥳😊
excellent video guys we've been scratching our head for where to stay for our 3 night stay . cheers
Thanks. Have you decided now?
Yes Haad Yao looks amazing. Cheers
Very beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
Super organized video. Thanks. Is Bottle Beach readily accessible by motorbike?
Thank you. I don't recommend accessing the beach by motorbike. You can park up and walk down. Its too steep to drive down there.
@@AlwaysonaJourney Thanks!
Good video for getting an idea of various locations, but I was hoping you'd show prices of accomodations & food.👍🇹🇭
Thanks. Maybe we can do that next time we are in Koh Phangan.
@@AlwaysonaJourney 👍🇹🇭

I'm not sure if that plsce is still there. I went there in 2013 and I remember having the giggles for quite a,while after I left.
❤❤❤
Thanks again for the love. ;-)
Great review. How. About one on scooter bird cheers

Thank you. Unfortunately I am not in Koh Phangan now. Maybe next time. ;-)
cool
Thank you. 😊
Good video but why have you not included the other beaches further down the east cost, like Wynam, Yuan and Thien?
Thanks. I am not familiar with that part of the island. If you can share more information it would be helpful.
hi! For a couple that are looking for relax in the nature but also night life which area do you recommend?
The two are in different areas. I'd choose Baan Tai for nightlife and Haad Salad for a relaxed stay.
I want to go to the full moon party but want to stay northern on the island is it hard to get to from the top of the island?
It's quite far from full moon party. The songtaew go between had rin to tong sala, further than that you have to hire a taxi.
Mojos in food court.
Best burgers ever
I'll try them next time. :-)
Can you recommend any accomodation for couple
I am not familiar with many of the hotels on the island. I have stayed in Sarikantang in Ban Tai and Cookies SaLad Resort in Haad Salad. Both were very nice. ;-)
is it still worth to go mid September to End of September there? Or much better in August?
At the made of September is still good for the weather condition it's mighty rain but not alot. The rainy season will start the meet of October onwards.
We will be in Koh samui in September. I heard full moon parties are every weekend in haad rin. Is this true?
There is full moon party every full moon which is once a month. You can check the date on internet. For more parties You can ask your hotel about it, (we went to half moon party 6 yrs ago and the price much more expensive than full moon one)
yea.. stoned hippies...Personally I would avoid the full moon crowd like the plague xD
Each to their own. We really enjoyed it but it's not for everyone.
@@AlwaysonaJourney absolutely
Is there an area that 20-30yr solo travellers tend to stay in?
If they are parry people, they usually hear to Baan Tai or Haad Rin.
Wheres the best place for me and my family with kids ..were all vegan
SriThanu would be a good choice.
How far is haad rin from the port?? We go end of the month… can anybody help 😂
20 munute on songtiew or tuktuk.
30 min 🚶♂️
Whats the best area for vegans?
Sri tha nu or in the area near Zen beach.
looks like to many forang hippys there 😅
It's a great island. Definitely worth visiting.
