@@kingofstrangeness7014 Yep, Seymour spent canonically 12 years with Fry's time-travel duplicate. The montage of him waiting in front of the store was retcon into just the days that the duplicate had work at the aquarium
Damn. He actually sounds like a grown up Fry. You hear allot of VA's and they generally alter the voice in some way, but West really out allot of his actual voice into it.
He's one of the greatest. He did Fry, Zapp Brannigan, Farnsworth and Zoidberg, and they all have such different and distinct voices, from each other, and his natural speaking voice. So many talented voice artists over the years. Tress MacNeille is definitely my favorite of those that are still with us. Would love to meet her.
I always get a BIG KICK out of hearing voice actors talk about anything! 🤣👌🏻 In this case, there’s loads of times where I can hear West talking like Fry!🤣🤣🤣👌🏻
I don't even bond much with animals and this episode hurt so much I had to write a fan fiction with an alternate ending to stop being depressed about it.
Or like also for me the end of Balto when you see Rosie now a grandmother looking at the statue of Balto and saying "Thank you Balto. I would have been lost without you." and you see the statue of Balto while the little girl is calling for Grandma Rosie and it plays that music. That part completely shattered my life and it still does today just like Futurama Jurassic Bark despite watching and knowing Seymour having lived a wonderful life with Fry in the movie Bender's Big Score
0:22 "It was just unheard of [for a cartoon to make you cry]." Sometimes it feels like nobody has ever heard of anime 😂 Or Disney! Or Warner Bros.! (If you didn't cry during that one scene in _Feed the Kitty,_ you're a liar.)
If y’all watched benders big score, you’ll know that Seymour was never without fry. A paradox duplicate of fry came and him and Seymour stayed together for 12 years until Bender comes and kills them both by blasting them with Dolomite, which is what Seymour was covered in. No need to cry anymore
Rick and Morty are better in certain ways. But the shows can't be directly compared to really say one is better than the other outside of personal preference.
It's like comparing an apple to an orange here. Like they're both cartoons targeted towards adult audiences, and that's pretty much where the similarities end.
Me and my death metal band were on tour with Cannibal Corpse. Me and George Fischer were watching this episode. George is a huge Futurama fan. 1st time I ever saw him cry was at the end of jurassic bark.
@Von Yokai dude won 75 stuffed animals between 3 arcades and Dave and busters. Donated all of them to the children's hospital in San Diego. George Corpsegrinder Fischer is an amazing human.
The "shattering" part is not that the two got separated. It's that we know they'll never be rejoined.
What about when fry dies plus Seymour is already dead
*WRONG* Their reunion was retcon'd in Bender's Big Score
@@cottonballs185so it happened?

Futurama is too good for this planet
*Matt Groening when he figured out when it got cancelled, again* "I don't want to live on this planet anymore".
Not the latest season, though...

'Jurassic Bark' and 'Luck of the Fryish' were awesome
Can't forget Game of Tones too
@@colton7697 I still can't watch that ending without weeping

"Here lies Philip J. Fry......named for his Uncle....to carry on his spirit......" - and then I start crying.

That’s me with Luck of the Fryish.
His natural sounds like an older fry , that's why hes irreplaceable

I'd like to read that.
Just watch Bender's Big Score.
@@WarpChaos Oh I did. Thank God.
Fan fic is a little cringe for me. But yeah it’s such a bummer.

Someone tell him about 1988's Grave of the Fireflies

I don't know who this guy is and I could barely hear anything he said, but dude sounds like Fry, so that's good enough for me.
Billy West's normal talking voice definitely sounds like Fry if he was older lol
Hes Billy West. He has done so many cartoon voices and at one time in the 90s, was a Stern show staffer. Watch vids on him, he is so good.
Billy West is a legend.

Still left a profound impact and ball every time I watch it just like very ending of Balto
that was actually makes it a retcon which kinda ruins the impact of the episode imo
That's not cannon
