Dear Shelly, I am manifesting my SP, in the most committed way, it is a long story started 2 years ago, I felt he was the One but " circumstances" showed me differently, I had really painfull emotional trauma due to the negative thoughts that I had, it was a spiral that was not taking me where I wanted with my SP. After watching your videos I understoond that the negativity in my reality were just my negative thoughts and fears and childhood wounds. I succeded to overcome my insecurities and fears, now I am a confident person, I love myself, I put myself first. In the past he was not texting me, contacting me, not treating me as I wanted. Now, after watching your videos, especially "Manifest an SP Guided Meditation " and "How to have ongoing contact from your SP" he is starting to shift his behaviour towards me. He is contacting me often, texting me, starting to treat me as I want, I know he loves me deeply and that we are soul mates, I want to write to you my final succes story when my desire will manifest completly. This is STILL my absolute favorite lesson in manifesting, Not only for your SP, but EVERYTHING. You HAVE to stop seeing yourself as less valuable or significant than certain people around you, else how can you feel worthy of things you desire? You don't even have to take people off the pedestal, just put YOURSELF on there too, however you get to that even level of feeling your true value! Chances are your SP probably doesn't have themselves in a pedestal, and don't think as highly of themselves as you do, we're all beautiful souls wandering in this 3d reality trying to have fun, we're really all the same, we want the same thing at the end of the day : love, to feel it spread it and live in it. There was always a group of pretty girls, and I always thoght that I wasn't pretty or cool enough to talk to them. Even when I was with my ex, I always thought that his ex is better and cooler than me. And there she was, always came to our relationship, making me more insecure and feeling unworthy. But it was my past! I'm doing self love lately, and I feel awesome! Manifesting new love right now, because I'm worthy and beautiful in my own way! Thank you Shelly❤❤

But I wanna end this pattern, and I've been healing my inner child, and have found how much I've chosen other people over myself, because I used to think this was what unconditional love was. Having someone or something on a pedestal is the sneakiest thing that the mind does. In my head I still refused to put boundaries for my sp even though I had started doing it with everyone else in my life. I refused to see his behaviour as the breadcrumbing that it was and accepting breadcrumbs as love. I refused to see his inconsistency for what it was. Everytime an unknown number would text me I would feel afraid that it was him. I used to think about him obsessively and I thought that was just what it felt like to love him. I couldnt see myself dating other people like you said. The whole time I had no awareness of what was going on in my head and that I was living from a place of lack. This is gold Shelly. It took a long time for me to see this
It really struck me when you said about it being equal. Because if it’s been unequal and you feel like you have been loving them more than they love you, it feels natural to want to reverse it and make them love you more than you love them. But in reality, equality is the end goal we want to aim for.

In my opinion, these older videos are simply wonderful. They are much more relatable than the quick vids that you do now. It I suppose you need to go with what gets you views and subs so I can respect that. Just want you to know that I find these types of videos to be more authentic and helpful. This video really made my eyes wide opened of how much little I knew in the past about this. I always used to put myself and my partner in a competition level so called and I always think less of myself and I feel so so so grateful now which is not too late to discover this "taking someone off the pedestal" my God !!! and I thought by putting someone on the pedestal means I give the utmost respect and admiration or adoration to my SP !!??? I didn't know that this actually were reflected to my outer world ! All these years I thought less of myself even though I know I'm an amazing capable independent attractive woman but I showed more lacks as if my SP was much better or he completed me and so forth!!! Yes Shelly. This is one of the great videos that I loved to watch as we truly sometimes put them on a pedestal. We should never put them on a pedestal at all,because we do it subconsciously. Great suggestion Shelly. We are better than ourselves not them.
This video is an eye-opener for me in a different way! My sp would sometimes feel that I deserve someone better than him as he felt that I contribute more in the relationship as compared to him. (My masculine self trying to take the lead always🙈) Also, he would feel sometimes that I am the only person he's happy with (he has had bad past experiences with relationships and friendships where he was constantly ditched ) and I came across as a reliable and loving partner for him. Not that I am belittling him, he's a wonderful man and I love him a lot (just seeing this as his past wounds). This and the chasing goofed up our relationship . But now I understand how your unhealed wounds actually creates a storyline and it gets Manifested again and again. I am so happy that I understand this and now I can help my sp as well!😍😀 Nevertheless, I always had this state with respect to my sp: we compliment each other and we are both wonderful individuals. Shelly, do you have a video on not being jealous of other women and feeling beautiful no matter what? My insecurities are the root cause of all my problems.
I think the solution to this is deep self love. You won't get jealous if you believe that you're the prize. You feel jealous because at some level, you believe that those "other women" are better than you. Love yourself deeply and believe you are the best for your person.
What occurred to me is that if the situation were reversed, would I want a relationship with someone who puts me on a pedestal? And the answer I came up with was no, I want to be with someone who sees me as an equal. That really cleared things up for me.
I put my SP on a pedestal long time ago and it started a dark period to me, glad I realized (through self love!!), it’s important to check this concept from time to time
I have been NC for a few months and I definitely have him on this pedestal that he's the only man for me. I know my SC was why we weren't together but I feel so anxious about him specifically but no other person has ever made me feel this way before. I've dated tons and was married and I just don't get these same crazy chasing feelings. It's awful because I adore him but I'm not at the right place still.
I think taking him off and putting yourself on the Pedestal by loving yourself so much every day and pouring love into yourself I’m amazing I’m beautiful I’m extraordinary I’m enough I’m confident I’m important there are so many wonderful things I can do for me ❤️
Shelly I keep having these weird dreams about my SP: 1. Him talking to others vs me at a dinner table/social event, not out of malice, I’m just out of his focus in this dream 2. Me reaching out to hug him at a social event when we normally hug in greeting but him backing away 3. The weirdest one is the one I had where I was his girlfriend and I was cooking him dinner before he got home from work and it felt so real. My mom was even there lol. In that dream when he came home though, it got weird because when he came home we both realized I was in the wrong house and I wasn’t his girlfriend! so we laugh at the mistake and he walks me home. lol. I have had 4 dreams like this and it’s getting in my head a little bit. Maybe I’m just sensing and feeling where his emotions are at in the 3D reality or maybe this is just revealing to me the last remnants of a changing self concept

I didn't realise I was doing it until you pointed it out.... not in the sense that they are better than me but more like I need them to be happy.
This video is an eye-opener for me in a different way!
My sp would sometimes feel that I deserve someone better than him as he felt that I contribute more in the relationship as compared to him. (My masculine self trying to take the lead always🙈)
Also, he would feel sometimes that I am the only person he's happy with (he has had bad past experiences with relationships and friendships where he was constantly ditched ) and I came across as a reliable and loving partner for him. Not that I am belittling him, he's a wonderful man and I love him a lot (just seeing this as his past wounds). This and the chasing goofed up our relationship . But now I understand how your unhealed wounds actually creates a storyline and it gets Manifested again and again. I am so happy that I understand this and now I can help my sp as well!😍😀
Nevertheless, I always had this state with respect to my sp: we compliment each other and we are both wonderful individuals. We were together and we're supposed to be together!💖 It is done!💖

Shelly, do you have a video on not being jealous of other women and feeling beautiful no matter what? My insecurities are the root cause of all my problems.
I think the solution to this is deep self love. You won't get jealous if you believe that you're the prize. You feel jealous because at some level, you believe that those "other women" are better than you.
Love yourself deeply and believe you are the best for your person.

What occurred to me is that if the situation were reversed, would I want a relationship with someone who puts me on a pedestal? And the answer I came up with was no, I want to be with someone who sees me as an equal. That really cleared things up for me.

I put my SP on a pedestal long time ago and it started a dark period to me, glad I realized (through self love!!), it’s important to check this concept from time to time
I have been NC for a few months and I definitely have him on this pedestal that he's the only man for me. I know my SC was why we weren't together but I feel so anxious about him specifically but no other person has ever made me feel this way before. I've dated tons and was married and I just don't get these same crazy chasing feelings. It's awful because I adore him but I'm not at the right place still.

Shelly I keep having these weird dreams about my SP:
1. Him talking to others vs me at a dinner table/social event, not out of malice, I’m just out of his focus in this dream
2. Me reaching out to hug him at a social event when we normally hug in greeting but him backing away
3. The weirdest one is the one I had where I was his girlfriend and I was cooking him dinner before he got home from work and it felt so real. My mom was even there lol. In that dream when he came home though, it got weird because when he came home we both realized I was in the wrong house and I wasn’t his girlfriend! so we laugh at the mistake and he walks me home.
lol. I have had 4 dreams like this and it’s getting in my head a little bit. Maybe I’m just sensing and feeling where his emotions are at in the 3D reality or maybe this is just revealing to me the last remnants of a changing self concept
