I suggest inner child healing and self love vids to cure yourself for 6days, rest on 7th like sabbath day. Then do only vid you need for 1 week, rest on 7th. Don’t keep looking for evidence out there instead know it’s true in your inner world.
Once you reach the stage when you no longer have a burning desire for it and you ‘are full’, you then concentrate only on yourself

I just had to return to this video and leave a great comment. I listened to this audio on Saturday for the first time and actually this was the first time I came across Shelly's channel. I decided I would have practiced the meditation the same day but for whatever reason, I didn't.
Yesterday, Sunday I listened to it for the second time but this time, I did the meditation along with Shelly.

That genuinely was so intense once i got past some resistance. Like I had been restarting the first 10-15 mins for about 45 mins before my mind finally committed to receiving this exercise. We talked for four hours today and we’re going to see each other the next three days while discussing how to move forward!!!
Update three! Two days into us spending three days together and he’s driven me around to my errands, bought me flowers, macarons,wine, Starbucks and breakfast one day as a gift and yesterday he bought me some Lily Pulitzer clothes and we got back together officially! He’s calling me his babe again, telling me he loves me and repeating all my affirmations to me. He’s even cleared up some things that happened in the past which has helped me release some pain plus some things weren’t even what they seemed! I just had a poor self concept!
Also he apologized for the things that he did do as well and has even given me ways he plans to avoid those things and improve as a partner! This works! Please persist!

I am shaking ! I just did this and then went on tiktok and had a few laughs. Then I saw a notification and went about my day. Something told me to go check and it was him! Oh my god!!!
Less than five minutes after doing this meditation(for the first time ever) and I hear my text alert go off. I was kind of freaking out thinking that it it couldn’t possibly be from my love. Is a conversation _really_ what you want? Or do you want a loving, devoted, deeply mutual romantic relationship?
Asking this because I have to ask myself the same question sometimes. I often find myself settling, and saying things like “I’d at least like to be friends with him.. 🥲”
But, like, NO! What I TRULY want is to be in love - and it’s my own damn imagination, so I’m not gonna “soften” my own damn dreams to make them seem less impossible!!

once it started my eyes starting tearing up and throughout the whole thing i was crying with happiness and joy. the feeling of accepting that it’s real is just so amazing. i’ve never felt so much emotion from a meditation in my life. i held my arm over my chest with my hand on my face as if it was him. it felt amazing. we were laying in his bed telling each other how grateful we are to have each other and he’s never gonna let me go. i’m still crying. now it’s time for me to release it and wait for it to come into my reality :) thank you. i will definitely be coming back to this

Ohh dear I did this guided meditation for 3 days every night. Not contact rule, I cried a lot visualizing last night I had to stop because I felt sad, but crying helped me to feel better, this morning I received a text saying good morning ❤😳

That was absolutely insane. I usually struggle visualizing things when I do these but this one is powerful. And I think it’s because I already have a feeling we’re gonna come back around to each other so this was so easy. And it’s beautiful

it’s so hard for me to meditate in a brown/asian household, my mom randomly comes in my room and interrupts and ruins EVERYTHING😭
Try affirming and saying that your mom and family always give you space to meditate. Or try affirming that they always knock before they enter
