Starmie looking alien is kind of the POINT though. Echinoderms are weird and Starmie’s all but confirmed to have ties to space. Plus, having no eyes helps it stand out. It still has tons of personality through its poses and ninja screams.
Even though it looks more like a normal evolution of Torracat now, it won’t stop “those artists” though. Granted I still really like Incineroar, but this just feels more “natural”. They could still keep their wrestler aesthetic though. Maybe become a luchador (or whatever you call those Mexican wrestlers).
Same here. _This_ is the evolution of Torracat I wish we had. It even keeps a little bit of the official design while feeling natural. The wrestler motif really felt out of place.

I like strange and almost unsettling designs in Pokémon, especially when they lack more natural characteristics, and adding more humane features to those kind of Pokémon in order to “fix” them just doesn’t make sense to me.
I absolutely LOVEEEEE that incineroar design!! Litten is one of my favorite pokemon, and if that was its final design it would probably be my faborite line too

Because Luxray has no reason to be dark type at all? It doesn't look Dark-Type, it doesn't really have any particularly fitting pokedex entrys for a Dark-type, there's no design or balancing reason for it, nothing.
Your incineroar is genuinely great and it feels like a circus animal. Unlike most designs that just make it on all fours and turn it into a generic cat, I still prefer the original as it is a heel fighter on heels with hell fire but that honestly is the first quadrupedal incineroar i liked

I like how he's quadrupedal but looks like he could still stand up an attack like the official Incineroar.

That Incineroar looks Even better than it's actual look, I wish that form were it's canon form! I also really like Luxray's blue fur, it goes with a more lunar theme, which I find suits it perfectly. And the Lairon looks totally like a mini dinosaur. So cool! 😊❤😊

Honestly, I think if anyone ever has a problem with a pokemon, 9 times outta 10 it's like either a case of Hippowdon missing a minor body part that it has no reason to not have, a case of Incineroar being too anthro for comfort, or a case of Luxray being too hard to accurately pin a typing on by sight alone.
