- Richard Magner was a Cobra gunship pilot in III Corps, South Vietnam, from November 1968-March 1969, when he was seriously wounded during a combat mission. From that time until he separated from the U.S. Army in 1972, he was on patient status. He shares memories of his service in Vietnam.
