  • Richard Ohlrogge arrived in South Vietnam as the Tet Offensive of early 1968 was unfolding. He spent eight months of his year-long tour as an OH-6 "Loach" pilot in I Corps, with missions around Khe Sanh, Hue, the A Shau Valley and other sites. This discussion focuses on incidents that took place in those eight months. Mr. Ohlrogge shared a transcript of his war diary with the interviewer.
