I love your craft space. It is a small space that you put a lot of thought into organizing all your crafting supplies. You have inspired me to rethink my space.
Your Mom's vanity and Grandfather's dresser definitely add character to your space. Putting the metal shelving unit inside the armoire was very clever 😊
I love your room, your style, and your philosophy! I prefer everything behind closed doors - unless I am working with the stuff at that moment. OH, I also love your kitties - I have two too - a tiny girl Tortie called Mocha, and her beast of a baby brother, Munkee. xo Vicky
Yay! Thank you! And your kitties sound like mine! My tortie totally has 'tortitude' and her brother weighs twice her weight - literally. I think he's a little maine coon.
I enjoyed your craft room tour! Ingenius use of an irregular space! I have never seen a Fiddle Leaf Fig so immense!! Gorgeous!! If you want to hide the stick trunks, plant a vining plant into the same pot, there is plenty of room. Maybe take of the top layer of soil and add some fresh soil and plant something easy like a Heart Leaf Philodendron or a Pothos. They will attach themselves to the trunks and grow upward getting bigger leaves as it matures. And double planting like this can look stunning. Put like 2 or 3 plants so it all fills in. It will be gorgeous!
Nice use of space. I agree with needing to keep things out of view. Could you be more specific about the “metal things” that you have covered with chalkboard paper? What are they?
Thanks for asking, Lisa. They're called Spontan Magnetic Notice Boards from IKEA. Since they are from 2013 they are no longer on IKEA. There are other magnetic panels you can find that you can cover with chalkboard contact paper or you may be able to find magnetic chalkboard panels.
I know - its such a perfect armoire! There are lots of other wardrobes/armoires on IKEA that might work. Doored bookcases sounds neat - I wanna see it if you do it! Most of my punches are Creative Memories :)
I am amazed at what all you have fit into this space. What is the actual space that you are using though? I can't really figure it out with the rails and stairs what is supposed to be originally? Also, I have never seen a dresser like the one that you have from your grandfather. It almost makes it look like the top part was a changing table. Very interesting.
Thank you! I thought the top part of the dresser looked like a changing table as well, except the baby would roll off of that front edge. My Granddad had his tv on top of it instead. The room is adjacent to our living room and the rails are the stair rails leading up or down - split level home. The measurements of the footprint size of this room are 7'W X 11.8' L
WOW!!!! Such a cool space you have (that you created) its unique and inspiring. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy!
Thanks so much! 😊

Thank you Tamara! Enjoy organizing your space!
I love your space because things are hidden. it's organized but still has character.
Thank you! That is what I love about it too!

Craftroom very nice. Music is distracting though.
Such a great space. I love the black magnet wall, so creative how you made it. It's incredible how much stuff you have hidden away!!
Thank you!!

Ooooh thank you Lisa! I love heart leaf philodendrons. Great ideas!
Love it. Can you show exactly where you are at in your house. Are you on a landing? Or hall way? I am at the end of a hallway.
I made a video for you to show where my craft room is :) ua-cam.com/video/jzdBhcU_5VE/v-deo.html

Thank you!

@@punchpaperlove Thank you for the information.
The armoire is awesome. Too bad no longer available. Maybe I can use "doored" bookcases. It's an ideas. TFS. Question - What brand are your punches?
