I have a lot of medical issues and so does my daughter so I dont get to work as much as I need to. One day I was at the store getting some necessity. The lady in front of me was checking out with some really cool bed canopy for her granddaughter. My daughter wanted it so bad but I had to tell her I just couldn't afford it. The lady in front of us gave my daughter the one she had just bought and she went and got another one for her granddaughter. It wasnt anything earth shattering but I cried because someone cared enough to do that. Sometimes it really is the thought behind it. So personally, i think the more you can help the better because just the gesture itself can be life changing.
