So what exactly did you do to fix it. My 03 is doing this exactly same thing. I replaced battery and fuel pump. And next going to change the crank position sensor.

We spiced in a new ground wire from the ground on the harness for the coils to the negative side of the battery

Did you ever do a cam and crank relearn?

Nope, never had to. After we got it running in this video I drove it for 4 months straight without an issue.
