Love the sound of that steam locomotive. Sometimes sound doesn’t sound right for the loco but that one is real nice. One beautiful layout that Howard has. I can see where it is a lot of work. My Erie RR layout is 9’ x 12’ and it took me 4 hours to clean it last week. Happy Thanksgiving gents!
Always enjoy seeing the trains run. Really cool seeing the 4 aces run. Thanks for everything Al, definitely appreciate all the videos and history as well
The previous owner obviously had brake shoe problems and removed them. I had the same issue with my previous Timken 4-8-4. I think there are now very thin plastic brake shoe and hangars available and my next issue to be solved. This loco produced in 1979 with a run of 300 (I think) is an excellent runner and well-advanced tor its time period.

That's a beautiful steam Locomotive. Key Imports/Samhongsa put out some really beautiful engines.
Fantastic, I've never seen the four aces until now! Keep making great videos!
I model O scale, 2-rail, mid-1990s western RRs. With that said, engine1111 is absolutely beautiful! It runs like a Swiss watch.
Another awesome video. Thanks for posting.
Great video Al!

W&R made a version of this loco in 2005, it goes for around $4,000 right now lol.
Checked with Howard. The locomotive was purchased custom painted not factory painted. Super smooth runner
Timken would hier women to pull this locomotive to show how easy it was to pull.
