Respected sir, great, it is clear. I am a retired Nuclear Scientist. No more doubts on Kaju today. I am diabetic for over 9 years. Presently my Hba1c is 8.3 as on 3 Jan 2024. As per the knowledge shared in your different videos, I changed my diet. Now I am doing away with White rice and Wheat flour. Replaced it with Brown rice (in limited quantity that too ocationally, & mainly concentrating on Millets & Soyabeen rich atta). Now Eating event is effectively 3 or 4 times only, & around 12 hrs fasting cycle is maintained. Thirdly Morning I have merged the breakfast with Lunch where only vegitables including green leafy vegetables (with simple tadaka) is being eaten that too in raw form. Evening I am taking few nuts like Kaju, Badam & Walnuts & groundnuts totally less than a small bowl. In the dinner, I am eating limited quantity of Soyabeen atta rich Ragi or Bajra roti along with vegetable sabji. My fasting sugar has come down from 151 to 125, while PP has come down from 178 to 105 or occasionally less than 100. I am not doing morning excercise because of relatively higher Fasting blood Sugar. Will check for Hba1c after 3 months time. Presently I am feeling lot of changes in energy in the body. I am happy. Sir in Indian families desi ghee is applied on chapatis. Could you make a video on comparison between chapatis with ghee and chapatis without ghee from the point of view of cholesterol
Diabetes should not fear having fats and especially desi ghee is a saturated fat is which is very stable at high temperatures and is good for health. So stop eating dry roti apply pure ghee and enjoy. As explained by Mr. Tomar the cholesterol increases only when you have more insulin in your body 7 not because of fat. Reduce your carbs intake and don't worry about fat.

Sir i m from Pakistan Thanks u soo much sir ur video is very very informative. i am 32 years old recently in july 2023 i m diagnosed diabetic patient my hba1c level is 11.2 my fasting blood sugar is 200 plus pp 400 plus two months ago i see u videos now my fasting blood sugar is less then 90 pp 110 115 120 130 some time after dinner 140 plus but some time not regular other wise after dinner under 140 like 115 120 125 and i m also eating whole wheat only 2.5 in all day and i dont eat any kind of medicines in early day i eat medicine only 18 days but when i see ur very informative videos i have no need to eat medicines.
