Yup, this is the exact Wesker I know from OG RE1, a dude so evil that he wears shades at night and indoor (at that point in the timeline he hasn't have the 'snake eyes' yet so he didn't wear shades to hide them, he just wore them to be cool). Comically evil, but super entertaining, they did him well in the remake.
