I had a stock 2019 Mustang Gt. It ran 12:30's to 12:40"s stock on factory 20" wheels. With just putting on light wheels ( skinnies on front ) and Nitto"s on the rear, it ran 11:90"s. So I'm guessing 10.50 @ 130.
How are you guys tuning this truck? What tuning SW are you using and how? Im waiting on the tuning to open up but you keep doing stuff pulley change etc? Only option is the whipple im not sure I want that the hellion twin turbo kit is kinda nice. I say you run 10.50s btw
Does your truck have a oil cooler? Is your radiator stock or do you have the larger radiator that comes with the tow package? Just wondering what your truck would do if you cool things down a bit...
I wonder what the gains are, if any, of going to completely catless would be. I cant imagine those GESI cats are that restrictive. Same for headers over the factory manifolds.
Ive heard these gesi cats can take abuse. They are very high flow. Yeah catless is best forsure tho. These will pass smog and add gains similar to a delete so not bad at all.
I agree that testing should be done at the strip or at least a closed road, but he's at least doing his street runs "in Mexico" at the least busy times of the day (late night/early morning) to mitigate potential accidents. No evidence that law enforcement can use to identify his location by landmarks or signs, so he's good there.
A little less boost and 15 more HP with y-pipe set up great Info thanks for sharing.
I’ve had a SPD catted Y pipe for 30k boosted miles. No issues and keeps it quiet.
Which cats?
@ The ones that come with the $800 Ypipe.
@Whippdf150 24 f150?
@ Mine is a 2020.
Thank you for doing these Dorian!

Nice gains with less restriction using the Y-pipe upgrade.
Great video! One thing missing from this modern F159 Lightning is a flare side bed
Love to see what this does dropping 1000lbs off the truck.
The boost level nice
Can’t wait for tunes for the ‘24s to come out. Hopefully within the year haha.

When the tunes become available and Lund can put major power to this unit…..😳😳😳
10.67 ET at the track.

You think the alpha cats are still fine vs the gesi? I’m doing a stage 2 Whipple on a 24. 4k for a Y pipe is just a tough pill to swallow.
id say a full ½ second on drag tires and prep. so im guessing 10.44 @ 134mph.
That dragy run was on street tires? Stock steelies - factory tires?

10.60-10.75 Pending track prep.
Apples to apples step the boost up on the SPD to equal boost and the gains are more likely 35 and 35 to the wheels.
I would say the stock y-pipe didn't do too bad.
The back pressure relief and not melting cats are the biggest benefit, the hp/tq gains are a plus
What suspension kit you used sir ?
Notification Squad 💪🏾
More importantly, what were the exhaust temps at the cats?🤔
About 150-200° cooler
What rims for the drag radios?
Hey boss, if i would like to go same rout on my 24. Were could i start ?
This will sound dumb but what do you get for average MPG?
Stock motor ?
Yea
@BoostedF150 nice, I'm looking to buy a 2024 f150 and see if it can go high 9 with stock motor
Why not an X pipe
You’re misunderstood, he’s talking about from the headers back Y pipe connects the 2 ends into single exhaust exit
1050 or1060
It weighs about what a Hellcat Charger does, but you have 4wd.
Catless is the best option on boosted, you’ll just end up melting the cats

HOW MUCH U GOT IN THAT TRUCK ? 🤑🤑🤑🤑
I love my GM trucks but this would be my choice when i replace it. These suckers just rip
12 pounds of boost and 725 to the wheels! Ricers be like😢
You do know a 4 cylinder has 4 cylinders vs 8 cylinders or your that much of a special ed?
@
1. My point exactly. When boost is applied to real engine, you get way more power. 2. Special ed taught me the difference between your and you’re.
Love these clowns that post video evidence of themselves committing crimes on their channel. Genius. Especially after crashing once.
