Talk about tent stakes - I hit the local fair grounds yesterday and detected where the Dixie fire fighters had their base camp - could not believe all the tent stakes. Left them in a pile for the next, inevitable, fire crew.
Hum.... must have gotten a little old but they can be reused... Hopefully you found some good stuff too
I can't even imagine being chilly at the beach. If I'm not on the beach by first light, I can't even hunt for two hours before it's blazing hot. I'll be really happy for our 3 days of winter. :-)
I agree 1000%. I am in shorts and a tshirt... really Christing, 4 layers...and yes winter is coming but don't blink...

The cupcake place was closed for some reason....bummer. So, she had to settle for hot chocolate and then fish tacos for lunch. Oh and she loves to eat for a thin girl it is amazing how much she puts away...lol

Always entertaining videos. As good as the APEX is on the beach with the viper coil, the Raider coil will make it shine. Upgrade both of my Apex machines to the Raider coil. Keep swinging and digging.

@@DigginSoCal looks like the viper is working fine. The Raider just a bump up. I got the new Reaper for the APEX last week. It rocks on the beach if you like digging deep holes. In all honesty the Raider is all you need. Only thing the reaper has done is let me pickup my pace on the beach. I left good targets I couldn't get to in the wet sand with the Reaper. Which can be a problem will all larger coils.

Great video guys always love hunting dog beach and yes there is no shortage of tent stakes out there. I'm actually at Huntington Beach right now south of the pier hunting. I'll see if I can find more of those tent Stakes you two love so much. Always enjoy the videos thanks for sharing

@@DigginSoCal not a bad day. HB marathon was going on and it was a mess for parking. Found a ring at the volleyball courts and some clad and yes tent stakes 😂😂😂😂

So at the beach yesterday my scoop fell apart the spring loaded pins fell out almost lost scoop in surf. What saved the rest of the day? A tent stake I pushed through as a temp pin 👌
