Fitbit Inspire 3 Review | Are Fitness Trackers Still Relevant?
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 чер 2024
- The Fitbit Inspire 3 is Fitbit's latest fitness tracker. It's one of the best options if you are looking for a slim, low-profile fitness tracker that still gives you all the health metrics you need including sleep, heart rate, calories burned, etc. If you want something that is simple, yet effective this may be the tracker for you. Maybe you really don't need an apple watch.

Thanks for the info. Super informative video.
Great review bro! Just a heads up, UA-cam channel The Fit Guru have knicked your video and uploaded it to their channel…
Noah are you still using your HAG capisco chair, curious to know your experience over the last 2 years. Thanks
I got one for Christmas and find it pretty cool. I wanted one mainly to track my sleep and daily heart rate.
Same here! I’m also working on stress management and getting fitness back up nd I love it, I barely feel I’m wearing it and so easy to use
Love this! The stress tracking feature is nice. Do you feel like it is helping??
Great gift! How are you liking it so far??
@@NoahCBanks I think it does help! It sort of leads me to pull away from what I’m doing to make an honest assessment of how I feel and giving me the “time out” to just breathe via the exercise which is something I never did before. I typically plow through the day without thinking about how I feel or taking any time outs just for myself. They’re onto something great! I think an area of improvement which will take time is making the stress tracking more automated based on heart rate when someone is working vs when not working and something in place as a reminder that says “hey you seem stressed, remember to breathe” similar to what they do for remembering to move after a certain time. I absolutely love what they’re doing and room for growth 🙂🙂
@@NoahCBanks Love it!! Barely feels like it’s there to me and not having to worry about battery much at all is super nice! I also don’t have to worry about it getting wet when washing my hands like I do with my other watches when I wear them. I love the features baked into it and it’s something I am happy to wear. Puts me at ease being able to see my heart rate knowing I had adrenal gland issues a few months back which spiked bp and heart rate way up and I had no way to see it elevating before. Plus the black on black I got looks sleek and blends with everything I wear 🙂
Would you pick the whoop 4.0 over the fitbit inspire 3 if price wasnt a factor? Also is the whoop 4.0 or fitbit inspire 3 more comfortable for all day wear and to sleep? Thanks
I would say I’d personally choose the inspire 3 over the whoop 4.0. But the whoop 4.0 is a bit more comfortable give the woven bands
whoop 4 is absolutely horrible from what i’ve heard
I used whoop over a year, I like it a lot only thing is it doesn’t track steps
Fitbit Inspire 3 is waterproof (1:18) up to 50m but do we need to select water lock first before going for a swimming or to shower? Btw, the strap (3:53) need to push the tiny pin from one side to slot into the watch and let go, it will be much easier that way instead of forcing / squeezing in.
Yes definitely do water lock before any activity involving water
For what I've seen the main differences between the Inspire 3 and the Charge 5 are the EDA and ECG. It would be nice to have that, but for me is not essential. And I definitely prefer something with a low profile. Since the Oura Ring is not available in Mexico and it seems to be not that accurate, I think I'm going with the Inspire 3. But my main concern is if it's slim and resistant enough, because I tend to sleep with one arm under my pillow
I think the Inspire 3 would be a good option for you 👍🏾
Don't worry about the oura mate, it is wildly inconsistent.
Hello, I’m trying to do some research. My mum simply wants a fitness watch to track steps, heart rate etc., by simply looking down at her watch. She will probably rarely use the app. Can the inspire 3 and charge 5 both track km/miles on the watch without the need of the phone. And if so can they be read on the watch? Basically she wants to track km walked on her watch. Thank you.
Hi, I got the inspire 3 about a week ago, and it's safe to say that it does track your km to a certain extent. Because the Inspire 3 doesn't have a built-in GPS, it may not be as accurate as the Charge 5(the Charge 5 has a built-in GPS), but it still works without connection to the phone, just not as accurate. I hope this helps!
This is exactly right!
Has she used it yet?
Does inspire 3 have calorie burnt tracker.. like you have set a certain goal to burn your calories and it tells you how much you burned? Pls reply. Thank you!
Yes but it’s not that accurate imo
Does it work without connecting to a asmartphone?
seems it does. but the gps feature is not as accurate. 🤔
@@dnegel9546 Inspire doesn't have gps
originally considered this, but opted for the mi band 7 instead.
Nice how do you like it?
Mi Band 7 sucks bro
@@DarkCloudNC couldn’t care less about random features. Only really wanted something that can tell me my daily steps and my heart rate at any given time. So, for someone like me, even the mi band is overkill and is only a third of the price of the fitbit, bro
I still use the Fitbit inspire 2 and I own 2 clips for it. The clips are NOT accurate at all. I’ve found that Fitbit Inspires overcount steps by thousands while in clip mode
why would you use the clip? i dont get it.
It will pair with Cronometer, too, which is WAY better than what MyFitnessPal has become.
You crammed in an impressive amount of helpful info. Thank you. Your suggestion that they offer some conclusions or assessments and guidance based on the data combination is one I hope they'll add, but I suppose that veers too much into "medical advice."
PLEASE delete that tasteless, sexist, intrusive, insipid, distracting, and totally offensive "That's what she said" (wiggle in there) bit that you or someone inserted (intentional word). It's way below the level of what is otherwise an excellent video. If you do, you're welcome to tell me somehow, and I'll remove this part.
Is joke, tovarish. 🙄
