Yay! I’ve been hoping for this video! Very good information. I like that you didn’t promote one brand over another, just advised everyone to just go with what works for them. (Also, I enjoy all the extra info you throw into the videos- like small acorns being sweeter. I always learn a lot here.) Maybe sometime you can tell us about your favorite finds and unusual experiences you’ve had while detecting. You’ve been at it a while. I’m sure you’ve had some adventures.
Great video Dan, one thing though, don't go digging and racking the holes with bare hands! Invest in a pair of cut proof gloves. You can find them in Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, Tractor Supply, protect your hands! I really liked letting them know, you don't have to buy an expensive detector to find items. God Bless you pal! Get out there and make some detecting videos! (Glen). WV.
You are right Dan starting to cool off and it rained about all day here in Bradshaw. Hope to get a little dirt fishing in tomorrow. Thanks for the vid I always enjoy watching them.
I started out with a little cheap one then upgraded a few years ago to a Garrett ace 300. My first find ever was a horseshoe! My favorite find is a Crotal bell with the clapper still inside!!❤ They are both exciting finds for me because I love and ride horses!! ❤ Thanks Dan!! 😊
@@diggingmary129 wow I’ve never found a Cristal bell hey I’ll be putting on a video soon where I detected at Chattanooga civil war battle field on my sisters farm found some good stuff thanks for sharing ❤️
LOL Hey Danny your detecting in a park there old buddy LOL I am joking with you . Oh i been wanting to ask you why do you flag all your finds ? I have been detecting since 1969 I started out with a old White coin master it took 10# of dang batteries lol It did take 8 d cell batteries and a 9v to operate I am using a Garrett AT Max now i have it and a AT Pro and yeah thy stopped making white detectors in 2020 .
@@duckscustomgarage9239 well If I’m not videotaping I don’t but if I’m at a battle field or camp kinda gives me a reference to where mostly the relics and signal are mostly that’s just me though Thanks for watching
