The kit comes with Apoxy sculpt, as well. You can mix a little of that and use it as "glue" instead of running the painted piece through the oven. Just another possible way of doing things. :)
@@thoughtfulwatcher You could also make your extra pieces from Apoxy and glue them on after they dry, too. The kit doesn't have a ton of Apoxy in it, but it is an option.

If anything the kit showed how versatile it was and how adaptable it could be. Sika, you are unique. Jackie was worried about her baby as it took so long to cook. 😉
This was fantastic! And the way Sika had a completely different method she wanted to use? That’s exactly what testers are for - showing all the ways of using the supplies that the producer didn’t think of! 👏
It's okay, Jackie. I'm such a bad backseat crafter that my mom will start little projects RELYING on the fact that eventually I'll take over and do it for her. She doesn't actually want to MAKE the crafts 99 times out of 100, only wants the finished product, so she just gives it her best attempt and waits for me to get frustrated enough by her doing it badly to step in. xD And even though I know that's what she's doing, it works EVERY TIME.

I’ve been waiting for the day for you to finally get a kit Jackie. I’m hoping later this month I’ll have things sorted out to get a kit myself. This looks so fun.
I love the different way of thinking! I am a Instructional designer, which is building training/education. I did my master's degree in cognitive neuroscience, which is the connections in the brain. I LOVE THIS! It makes you think of the diversity of thinking, process, and application.
Your kit is so awesome. If I didn't have all this stuff already (except the great little mold), I would be on this like flies on flypaper! I'm so impressed.
The way Sika craft reminds me of piecing pre-made figurines together which each part is painted separately. Probably the reason why I don’t find it weird and unusual when she suggested that. xD Also you don’t have to worry about painting other parts accidentally or not being able to paint certain spots if u paint before glueing them together. Really enjoying the kits related vids and the kit itself seems very fun. :)
I'm just like Jackie whenever I'm playing with people who don't know what they do. I have a hard time not telling them every little detail of a dungeon or a quest. So she feels so relatable for me. I can't wait to try the kit myself.
Yay! Sika Strawberry Monster! I loved seeing Sika’s thought process with her crafting, it’s definitely not how I’d do it but the way she did it reminds me of how my nephew crafts. Don’t worry Jackie im a backseat crafter too 😂 I just KNOW I’ll be doing the same when my nephew comes over to make his ‘Saltcrafter dude’ on our craft day 😝
Technically there's nothing wrong with sculpting the way Sika did, I wouldn't even call it 'special'- you just need to make sure that before you let things dry that you place them **on** the sculpture where you want it to go so that it can take the form of the piece underneath it. That way you get more surface area for the glue and there's better chance it will stick.
So cute! I can't wait til my box arrives!!! And I relate so hard on being a back-seat crafter. Sometimes I literally sit on my hands for a while when I'm crafting with other people so I can't try to touch or fix anything for them. We gotta let 'em Figure it Out!
Every excited for this! I’ve never worked with clay (maybe once in high school art class?) and definitely never worked with plaster. I usually enjoy water colour painting or drawing. I’ve been wanting to try sculpting but felt really lost as to what I would need and how to do it. So glad to have everything I need coming in this kit. This will be an education! I love that I’ll know what supplies I’ll need and have a good understanding of the basics for many projects to come (beyond this kit). Thanks Jackie.
Watching you two craft reminded me of teaching jewellery making, I teach and craft at the same time now because everyone use to get cross with me hovering over them as they try to make their pieces. 😂😂😂😂😂
I love the way Sika thinks & that she’s doing all this stuff NOT the way it was intended because tons of us will be doing it that way and she was successful!! How freakin adorable is Deadberry?!? Yes I’ve renamed him lol
Seeing Sika use this kit gave me the confidence I needed to purchase the kit! I consider myself a ‘dabbler’ of arts and crafts, where instead of mastering one type/kind of art, I manage to be decent or good at multiple kinds. That being said, I’ve never worked with resin, epoxy, or silicone so I’m so interested to see what I can come up with from this box. I really think the value of the box is fantastic and the fact that you can e projects out of it makes it worth it to me.
I been custumizing dollar tree toys lately so i can tell you the struggle of having to repaint sections after repainting details is real. Also i appreciated the craft kit being used by a leftie like me. Cant wait for mine .:3

@@kaelynnolte1127 it's purchasable now but doesn't ship until mid august at the earliest
If you go watch Ace of Clay’s video, there is a funnel in his box. Jackie’s box was probably a prototype box.
Don’t worry Jackie im a backseat crafter too 😂
I just KNOW I’ll be doing the same when my nephew comes over to make his ‘Saltcrafter dude’ on our craft day 😝
I always look forward to new NerdECrafter videos! Y'all make my day better every time I see you two working on a crap/craft kit!
So far just the red and brown are painted. I love it already!!!
Are we not going to talk about her hair it's gorgeous they are both characters I love them
Fun! I've always loved stuff like the D.I.Y blank Funko Pops and other kinds of blank figures you get to customize
I remember when I stumbled on this channel a few years ago. Best find ever 🤩💚
Sika's little dude came out really cute. And actually decent paint and decent paint brush in a craft kit! Mind blown!
Just ordered the craft kit. Looking forward to trying it.
Watching the unmolding part was so exciting!
I bought mine !!!!!! Can't wait my first time doing anything of that of the medium ( hope thats the right spelling )
I’m so excited for my box. My nephew and I are going to make an army of gardeners for our rainbow garden.
Why do I feel like Sika going to make a food inspired figure
I'm so glad red was added to the kit!!
It would have been cute if you included a cute little Salt Shaker in your craft kit. As well as a tiny funnel.

The video we've all been waiting for! Go Sika!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I love that she didn't let you touch it and she did an amazing job! 🥰
A strawberry and chocolate figure...Moriah Elizabeth has joined the chat! LOL
Little Deadpool turned out so sweet and salty at the same time! I really loved him! ❤️
Jackie Jackie Jackie!! Long time viewer first time commenter. I'm so excited for your very own craft kit. 🙌🏼
I love your videos and how you've opened my eyes to all of these cheapskate companies that are just trying to make a quick buck and to always be careful of what you're actually buying. I love your banter with your sister Sika yous are hilarious. I would find it absolutely interesting and cool if yous did a video in the different languages you can speak with subtitles on the video while you did a craft together lol!
Much love and congratulations 👏🏼 -Six Nations, Ontario.
For a person who ain't into crafts a lot Syka really made a cool sculpt
