My friend has 2 Brand New still in the box. He asked me to buy them for 1k for both. This is the 1st review I seen of these & it's not appealing for an Ebike.
It's extremely hard to pedal with no power assist. I had to ride 2 miles with a dead battery one day. It was a nightmare 😂. I was expecting more out of it for the $1800 I paid for it. On the bright side, I took it back to Costco and they gave me a full refund then I went & bought my Kaabo Mantis King GT scooter for $1900 on their black Friday sale. This scooter is a beast! It goes 45 mph, has a range of 56 miles, and has a max load of 265 lbs.
Sondors is now bankrupt. No more company. No more employees. No funding. No storm. Expect this to happen to hundreds of brands that were less well known in 2024.
At 200 miles the brakes no longer worked, replacing them was a pain in the ass and expensive. I don't recommend this bike just because of the crap brakes it comes with from the factory, they are poop.
How do I find parts since company went out of business?

You can get them refreshed on their site for $599 and sometimes $499. Check their site first
