Fantastic singer. I love listening to his music.
Weltklasse Country Song,from Hank
Those twin fiddles so stirring goose bumps and tears.
Sounding as good in Canada in 1991 as he did in Texas and California back in the 1950's. Great job by one of country music's all time greats. What a loss when he passed on.
This song is so true love listening to it
Can't even begin to remember all the hours I listened to Hank Thompson, plus the hours of boot scootin', to his wonderful music. These tears in my eyes are a mixture of sadness & gladness for all the love I experienced during his era... Thanks Hank, to you & the Brazos Valley Boys....
❤
Love this song. Was one of my mums favourites
I sat in the Ryman many times and heard Hank and many other country singers do the country favorites of the time, THANKS this posting brings my OLD memories back.
God, I love Hank's music, love this song, and love every song Hank sings, and I especially love Hank's videos showing any one of his performances, like this one of him doing his Blackboard song..
Rest in peace, Hank Thompson. You proved to be a wonderful person, a fantastic entertainer, and you made people happy. Rest in peace, Hank. God bless you.

Hang on now there is real country music right there i miss u Hank Thompson r.i.p !!! N Ernest tubb
Hank was best Country Star.
With so many great performers it's hard to choose a favorite, but for me, Hank is #1. I had the honor of meeting and talking with him 3 times in the '80s. He was a humble gentleman who appreciated his fans and seemed almost surprised that so many people loved his music. Miss you Hank!
My mom is 90 and she was Hank's first love in 1945!! But he went away to the war and they didn't end up married. Darn_ he would have been my dad!!
You probably couldnt have handled all taht fame and turned out to be a spoiled rich kid in trouble with the law so it all worked out good.
Great voice thanks bob Montreal love keep singing ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Now there is a man that knew how sing a real country song the way it be done right
I believe that he has the smoothest most melodic voice I have ever heard and he does it with such ease what a gift he had
So love western swing....great music !!!! Oh the fiddles and the steel....that's country !!!
