Almost every time I watch your videos, I learn something new. I have Placeit and never knew they had specific pins to Pinterest. I am definitely going to try this.
Great and very informative! I have been using Pinterest for a few months. While I’m getting some traction I just can’t tell how much it’s helping specifically. Of course they now also are highly favoring videos (idea pins). Kinda tough to do with POD.

On this subject thought, if I may ask, I would really like to know your point of view for situations where you are dealing with multiple stores (this is probably your case in the specific and that's why I'm interested). What I mean is, if each store is on a different niche, I assume you need to have separate accounts for advertising. Let's say you have 3 stores on cats, coffee and photos; you would have to set up 3 separate Pinterest accounts. one for each niche. If you need to advertise also on other platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. before you know it you're managing 6, 9, 12 or even more accounts. Yes, you can repeat the same process for all of them and even use the same adverts, but still you need to adjust the mock-ups according to the relevant format, adapt the tagging, maybe even change the text, etc. You must agree that this whole process is a full-time job in itself. The question is: where do you find the time to create new images? Or this is altogether the wrong way to go. If so, what is the right way? Maybe you could do a whole tutorial on this?!? Just a suggestion. Thank you
I honestly don't concentrate too much on advertising... that may be wrong but like you said it takes a long time to do....I've just kept it simple and do different boards for different shops or niches. When it comes to instagram I have a link tree link in my bio that has all the different links to the different shops.
@@DetourShirts Thank you for your prompt reply, Juna. I think I used the wrong terminology, referring to advertising. I have never advertised anywhere yet and am not planning to do so for the time being. What I was asking is how to set up a viable way to manage accounts on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc for multiple stores, each with a specific niche, to try to bring more TRAFFIC to them in order to expand the audience and make more followers who might eventually "like" the designs, and even buy them; in a word, a way to increase your stores' VISIBILITY. I guess linktree could be the way. In my modest opinion though, the downside of it might be that, as you know, you have few seconds to catch the potential buyer's attention and make a sale (I'm referring to impulse buyers in this case). When they click on a mockup, they expect to land on the store, possibly on the actual item shown in the mockup itself, not on a linktree page where they then have to choose which store they want to see and then find the design they want to buy in that store. I'm afraid that process could be much too long and fiddly for them to do, and they might just lose interest and give up. What is your opinion? Thank you
Great tutorial! Easy to follow! I just recently create my pinterest business account for my POD business. My question is if im just starting out in pinterest, do I have to follow other people board or pin other people's pin on my account or just use mine?
Juna, maybe on the next video you can explain why this is a good practice. There is no direct purchasing via Pintrest so the question begs, does it get enough eyes to be worth the effort? Or, is this for linking strength?

@@sheeera9559 all the SEO plugins I have ever used have advised not to leave the alt text blank. Google reads the alt text to know what the image is about.

I am having a problem with the free download PSD mock-up files using affinity designer. Is affinity designer compatible with these free downloadable PSD on the internet?
Pinterest's description is almost invisible so I just throw my hashtags in there. I think it performs better than a generic text regarding the algorithm.

@@DetourShirts Yes after I signed In and added the design only I get that save icon, but down below there's an Icon 'send' and when I click it I will direct to what's app , FB,Twitter , messenger screen and I have to select groups and friends to send it. It's a burden. I wish if I get 'publish' icon!
If you ignore Pinterest image size, they will ignore your pin 😏 and for better result you must fill the alt text (description of image). I do all pins in canva (for society6).

Yeah... I mainly put it to the product... if you do put it to the shop make sure the product is on the front page and easily seen

Yes you should save your designs as PNGs for RedBubble. That will work fine...... A pin is just a post on Pinterest.

Yeah... PSD is Photoshop and it will not work with Affinity Designer.... Try something like Affinity Photo or Photopea

Placeit has some, Canva can help, you could also make your own movie with iMovie or Final Cut Pro

What helps people find your pin if they don’t even know you exist? Can they do a fresh search in Pinterest and find you based on tags you have put in the pin?
