I have been on Redbubble from August 2022 and never made any sell until January 23, 2023. My main problem was uploading stuff without any research and I was not consistent enough. This January I started uploading with research and my analytics have started showing improvements. I nearly gave up and thought this is not for me. I hear 3-5 designs a day for the first 30-90 days, that allows you to have between 150-450 designs in 3months. So I’m going keep that in mind, the more the merrier. Hallelujah, grant wise ideas and creative entities for us this season in the name of Jesus Christ 🙌🏽!!! Catch the trends, upload everything no matter if you don’t like it too.
I got my first sale 2.5 weeks after opening. I had 70 items uploaded at the time. It was only £3.14 profit, but it really spurred me on to create more designs 😊 I've focused on quality and created the largest pixel size to enable the biggest product range. I also got 3 followers and 63 favourited within that period, which I think shows people like the designs. I'm uploading 10 images a day 5 days a week, primarily to be consistent. My goal is 1,000, which will take five months. Hopefully, I can slow down a bit then 😂
Hi Thanks for the video.I gave up because I had over 400 designs and made 2 sales , which I think were from friends who wanted to help.(got discouraged and gave up)Many of them were as you said in first tip, just things I liked.I have decided to start over and I was wondering if i should change my designs or start a new shops.Great video.
First sale is really easy. On day one even. You just find a friend. Make the best design for them, your friend(preferably family member), ask them if they like it, fix it if you have to, they buy it. That's it. You start your store with 1 sale already. Make sure the design looks really great. 🍀🍀
Thank u for the tips , I joined redbubble a week ago and I have uploaded 10 designs,no sales but 7 favourites and I will follow your tips ,hopefully I will get sales soon 🤞
I've not made a sale yet after a month but to be fair, I've been a bit lazy and also a bit distracted. I've only got 3 designs, so I'm not discouraged. I'm trying to cram quite a bit in - I signed up to placeit premium to get going but I find it a bit limiting so I've been concentrating on learning graphic design from zero knowledge (I'm using affinity designer) so that I can eventually stand out a bit more. I'm not in a major rush, I'm in my early 50s with a part time job and was looking for a way to work from home so I can give up needing an employer and my time is mine. I started researching POD 2 - 3 months ago and have learned sooo much already. I'm loving it. Thanks Juna, you have been a big part of my POD journey so far 😊

As I am newbie in this POD field, I would like to ask you whether It is OK to use canvas size 4500 x 5400 px or 5000 x 5000 px to be applied on duvet, comforter, tapestry, bath mat, sock? I am using canva, so it can not be larger canvas, thank you so much
So RedBubble recommends 7632x6480 for Duvet Covers, Comforters and Tapestries. 6480x4320 for Bath Mats. 5848x6300 for socks. I think your 4500x5000 or 5000x5000 will work if you use a background color or do a pattern but it will not cover the whole area by itself. Hope that helps

I made a money heist logo for a Netflix series. Can I use it in the Redbubble store or not? It's the same as the original, but I customized it in Canva. Could you please tell me, sir?
Ok let's say I try the "combining" two niches... how to validate that? How to know if people will search "fishing & rock music" for instance? Because if not, well... no results til the afterlife. Hope my question makes sense.
You never really know but if there is a big enough audience for fishing and a big enough audience for rock music chances are there is an overlap... BTW a fishing rock music design could be pretty awesome if done right

great video thanks Mr.👌
So nice of you
The calendar idea you display at 6:21 is brilliant! Is it a calendar you create or is it on RB? Where can I find it?
That calendar was from Merch Informer... I made a more comprehensive one on my channel... free downloads here....www.detourshirts.com/collections/downloads
@@DetourShirts Thank you for the information.
Hey, i just sold 30 times on my 1st month. But the problem i am facing is, i created designs on different items but only two of my designs in the same topic is getting all the sales and likes. The other designs were also trendy bur i see no one is even seeing them. What the problem is with my profile?
Yeah... that happens sometimes... just keep making more and move forward... I believe it happens to everyone
@@DetourShirts Thanks dear. You are the best.
Thanks for the tips...
You bet! Anytime

How do I upload T-Shirt with classic style? now it's default to essential style.
All styles should be checked by default but you can check them on or off if you want

I made a money heist logo for a Netflix series. Can I use it in the Redbubble store or not?
It's the same as the original, but I customized it in Canva. Could you please tell me, sir?
If you made it for a company and they paid for it, it is theirs not yours. No I wouldn't use it
Would you recommend any course for design composition?
I can't think of any off the top of my head but I'm sure there are a bunch on UA-cam already
Amazing video 👍 Juna can you share this calendar with us?
The calendar is just from Merch Informer... If you have Merch Informer you have access to it... If you don't I have a link in my description
Thank you coache juna for all informations

Hi I wanted to know that if we'll upload design for t shirt then it will showcase as just t shirt design or a whole t shirt as product?
I depends what you product you pick at the end when you save it... it should be a full tshirt design
Thanks man..God bless ya
You too!
Thanks for the video!

very very useful, thank you very much

Ok let's say I try the "combining" two niches... how to validate that? How to know if people will search "fishing & rock music" for instance? Because if not, well... no results til the afterlife. Hope my question makes sense.
You never really know but if there is a big enough audience for fishing and a big enough audience for rock music chances are there is an overlap... BTW a fishing rock music design could be pretty awesome if done right
@@DetourShirts Well personally I don't play the guessing game. After having some success in dropshipping, I learned that online business is all about pure numbers, and I learned the "don't reinvent the wheel" thing the hard way. So I'll invest a lot of time in research and validation first before inventing something and pray I hit the jackpot. You're teaching people wrong if all your content is about the "hope method".
Hi,.. I have a Red Bubble store online,.. but I have a problem,.. when I type in the name of my store or one of my designs,.. nothing comes up,.. is there a simple reason they don't appear?
Sometimes that happens... I'm not sure why though.... sorry
@@DetourShirts Thanks Bro,.. I appreciate your time anyway ! :)
Thank you for sharing
My pleasure
Yes thank you
Glad I could help
How do I make my designs on the front page of Redbubble? I have about 90 designs and there are no sales
Make designs that people want to buy.... design for the audience at RedBubble
@@DetourShirts
Yes, I do Trend Redbubble designs
Just because it's a trend doesn't always mean people want to buy your design.... try different styles, see what works, design like an artist
Hi Detour, when managing your port folio can you upload ALL of your designs or can you only upload a page at a time, which is 48 products? Please help thank you :)
I believe that RedBubble only allows one design uploaded at a time... TeePublic let's you upload in bulk
You make a fantastic teacher
Thank you
Thankyou
Can you make a video on why red bubble blocks accounts of non english countries and how to tackle that. I hvnt applied yet becoz of this issue I heard making rounds in the internet.
I would if I knew the answer... I wish I could help... I don't know why that happens
