Amazing collection. An army with very nice units, as the chariot ones usually are!

Very nice looking troops! I have had an interest in the Bronze Age for a while now but I haven't gotten around to attempting to build an army for the period. I am in the market for starting a new miniatures project so perhaps I will put a force from the Bronze Age in there as a possibility?

I always loved chariots. I will b putting up the Hittites, Babylonians, canaanites, Israelites, Mitanni and aacheans. Oh and Trojans and Assyrians. Should have them all up soon then you can decide which one you might like to build.

@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 I'm actually quite interested in putting together a Trojan army. Would give me an excuse to build a Mycenaean Greek force as well. That could be a nice matched pair.
I am not a wargamer anymore as I have no one to game with so I am a collector and paint what I like. I like the idea of just basing miniatures however I want and not worry about rules. I am thinking of using 40mm square bases in groups of four bases per unit/group. How deep are your bases for your chariots?

@@nordicmaelstrom4714 I’ll try to take pics of my Trojans. They are a bit different. I made them look like a client state of the Hittites. A little ionia coast Greek action mixed in.

@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 I would imagine that given their position in the world at that time they would more than likely be a mixture of cultural influences on their troops. I definitely think the period is quite interesting and one I seldom see represented in miniature form. I look forward to those videos! I am always intrigued to see other peoples views on historical topics such as this.

@@nordicmaelstrom4714 well I can’t claim to be A historian but I know enough to be able to create some thing that I think is unique. Of course I am bound by what figures are in the marketplace. I tried to create some thing a little bit more Aziatic and having the influence of early Greek. If you look at the city of Troy Miller chess and some of the great cities on the coast you can kind of create an army that fits. I looked at Croesses
