Yeah rally driver are skilled, probably the best driver on earth. Some of them are amazing in all they do like Sébastien Loeb (9 times in a row world champion in WRC, 2nd in 24 hours of Le Mans, he is the most titled driver in motorsports, gold medal in XGames, 4 times "champions of champions", world record holder in Pikes Peak with petrol engine and many more records, he's not human). Rally is mental, dangerous and it's amazing.

If you aren't familiar will Rally, you probably don't know this:
Although they might look like a Ford Focus e.g. they share nothing with the road going version. And they haven't since the 80s. Under the hood they are completely different and of course they have to be do be able to take this punishment without breaking.
Furthermore you can argue that the F1 drivers are the best drivers on the planet, but I think the skillset is little bit different from the Rally drivers. They have to drive with millimeter precision while doing 300km/h with unhuman reaction times. However, even they say that the car control the Rally drivers have is off the charts.
