Very Hanz Zimmer-like... With a dash of Steve Yablonsky... Interesting. Me personally - i'm kinda tired of that style where every Modern movie composer tries to mimic Zimmer. It's been almost 20 years of that. Time for something New...
I had no intensions to mimic Zimmer with this track, but my love for movie soundtracks does include those that Zimmer has his name on. Although its mostly his older work rather than newer. I think stuff like Kung Fu Panda 2's, Spirit's, and Megamind's are some of the best scores for animated movies, and I will always be influenced by them.
@@davidcsontos "Madagascar" is also awesome... As well as "Chappie"... Now "Man of steel" on the other hand... I mean, do you even remember the melody? Still the Wonder Woman 84 theme (themyscira - ua-cam.com/video/H0Z8INxSTFw/v-deo.html) was a pleasant surprise and the Best thing about that movie - the cutest and most upbeat score i've heard in years.
@@V9incent Man of Steel had some really cool bits in the soundtrack, and Wonder Woman's theme from BVS is still the best version I think, but his strongest recent score has to be DUNE 2 imo, which was a major improvement on DUNE 1. I think a recurring element of his 'modern' work hasto be the focus on sound design, more so than the melody or harmonies. It is what stands out to me the most, compared to his collaborations with John Powell, and earlier scores.
"Earth is DEAD
We thought we were ALONE
But something has FOUND us"
Witness the sneak peak to the upcoming EP set to release alongside the new novel.
This sounds like a movie trailer where colossal, industrial aliens are invading earth. Kind of like "War Of The Worlds", but even more haunting.
Ooh, something new. I like it.
Woah
Not to be confused with “Earthbound”.
