@@Voyager.2 Have you even studied the designs of both of them? While the airbus door is definitely more friendly to operate, it is designed in a way that cabin pressure is pushing it outwards, whilst the Boeing designed it in way, that it opens inside out, so the cabin pressure holds it in the closed position. Its simple physics...
Nope, until you are advised by the cabin crew for emergency situations also you should be an able bodied person (not too old/not pregnant/not an injured person)
Zach Kirzner She gives a commend to the other flight attendants over the PA to arm the doors and cross check.. Each airline has its own wording. For ex.: "Cabin Crew all doors in armed position and cross check"
Way cooler and more modern than the 737 vintage door.
However the 737 door is still safer ;)
@@pissarozzz7498 No, it's not ;)

@JetMechMA I always use the safety pin in normal ops. The procedure pin.lever.pin to disarm and then open is the standard procedure for airbus!
Just saw the outside version of this, pretty cool
Çok güzel bir video şu tok kapı sesi de olsaydı daha güzel olurdu.
That thunk tho, sounded more painful than I anticipated.
@jetmachMA:
Now that is a true mech reaction! Admitting some's procedure is better without any shame!
+1 for you!
I want the job of opening the door from the jetway.
Just a quick question, is the operation for arming and disarming cabin doors the same on all Airbus Aircafts?
I think it's different
I can open door but can't close it...I am in training now ...makes me so sad ...I tried ...I don't know what to do
kath rine always remember, release gust lock, pull inward, keep pulling then lower the handle
I had seen a few A320 with hinged door rather than the normal Airbus sliding door
Yess nice... ;)
Cost of door $$$$$ ,, cartoon looking Flight attendants... priceless for anything else use MasterCard !
