Craig Westbrooke on the original track Groover is playing tenor sax. The transcription is for alto sax, therefor, the low tenor notes can’t be played on the alto (or you do the line in the other octave)
Played on tenor with a couple altissimo parts. The transcription is written for alto. I think you just have to be able to play up to like an altissimo A on alto to be able to play everything which isn’t too bad considering altissimo A is the easiest in the range between both saxes. And I think this transcription is actually a little too low in a couple places for alto. Like it has a low A written, but you can only play that if you have a bari with a low A key.
Some of the notes that are in the song are way too low for any saxophone. There is not a single saxophone that can play a low f. I'm not sure what happened, but it's upsetting because the rest is really good
