- In this video we depart from Fort Pierce, Florida and head south to St. Lucie Inlet, then headed to Lake Okeechobee We had several boat problems but were able to overcome them and continue the trip. We tied up for the night at Indiantown Marina and experienced some gators along the way!

michael steen - Hi Mike, just found your channel! Looking forward to Part 3 of this video and more adventures!!
did you lose that plow anchor at the Bahia beach reef? I may have found it last summer sorry man I sold it on craigslist but it looked exactly like the one in your picture on that other video. I go out there at least once every fall to collect lost anchors always come up with a few
Hey Michael...just wanted to check on you and the boat...are you ok?
Yes we are fine. Good Times is fine as well. The storm actually went up the center of the state and spared us on the west coast. However I live in central Florida and that is where the eye wall passed over. We of course have damage but nothing we can't deal with in time. Looking forward to getting back to Good Times and more adventures! Thanks for your concern!
They should start a channel together and name it something like - "The Adventures of Mike and Marty" or vice versa. Another good one would be "M&M Adventures".
Hey Michael what type of GPS do you use? I'm getting ready to buy a boat to live on and I would really like to get a nice one. also do it pick up the sand bars? Thks...
Hey Jerry, I have the Garmin I think the model is 94sv. However mine is not touch screen. Mine cost around 1500 but I see you can get them for around 1000 now with the touch screen. I am not sure if I like the touch screens yet unless they are in a enclosed helm. I don't know how well they work with water on them and trying to use the screen.
@@CaptainMike1965 awesome thank you
How long does it take to go east to west coast?
Depends of course on speed. On Good Times it is easily done in 2 days.
@@CaptainMike1965 your using a crawler correct? . I am looking to buy a good boat to do the great loop
