- The Challenger 850 is seen flying a circling approach into Bern in Switzerland to runway 32 on a windy day. The famous Swiss Alps provide a stunning backdrop as the business jet makes its final approach. The touchdown is rather hard and even on the nose wheel first which is call wheelbarrowing. The spoilers pop out and the engines reverse thrust to help with the braking.
The Challenger 850 is equipped with two powerful General Electric CF34-3B1 engines, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 528 mph, and a maximum range of 5,206 km / 3,235 mi. It is a twin-engine, mid-size business jet and can seat up to 19 passengers in a spacious and luxurious cabin. The Challenger 850 also has a maximum takeoff weight of 54,000 pounds, and a service ceiling of 45,000 feet. The 850 also has an impressive climb rate of 4,000 feet per minute and a service ceiling of 43,000 feet. In total, over 250 of these aircraft were produced by Bombardier from 1996 to 2010. It is one of the most popular business jets in its class and has become a benchmark for aircraft in its class.

This plane has no slats. Negative attitudes in approach are normal.
Compare it to a CRJ 700 and 900. These have slats , and have a different attitude on a standard approach angle. Just saying
