Hello guys. This is a reupload video. I accidentally deleted the video i uploaded before. How stressed I was when it happened, but that's life, sometimes we do something stupid. The effort of editing made me really really sad because it took me hours just to edit a video. But thank God, I still have the video and so I was able to reupload it. phew.
Again, this video is about the things I bought from 2nd hand shops (ukay-ukay/wagwagan), but not all. The apartment was empty and so I need to buy things for the house. buying in 2nd hand shops literally helped me saved a lot of money and so I would encourage you to buy from these stores because you can find a lot of good quality stuff from kirppis. I hope you find this video helpful, interesting and inspiring. Thank you.

Hello! How long po did you share an apartment with fellow ofws before you left and moved to your new apartment? Diba po 1 year ang contract diyan? Did you leave before the 1 year mark but still paid for your share of rent and bills payment sa dating apartment? 😊 Asking po since October na po ang contract namin in Lohja.
Hello. Meron po kaming 1 yr contract noon. 3 kami sa apartment. After 6 months, humiwalay na yung isa. Tapos after 4 months, ako naman po yung umalis. Nagusap-usap kami na kung sino yung maiiwan sa apt eh siya magtutuloy ng contract at magbayad. Okay lang po yun as long as may magtutuloy ng contract sa inyo hanggang sa maka-isang tao. If ever na ieend namin yung contract ng wala pang 1 year, dun po kami magbabayad ng penalty ng 1 mo. Yun po yung contract namkmin eh. Depende po kasi yan sa contract na pinirmahan niyo

@@zytelobon sa aming 3 po nakapangalan yung apartment. Nagsabi nalang po kami sa company na aalis na kami at itutuloy ng hm namin yung contract.

Which one? You can google these 2nd hand shops in kouvola, finland. Goodwill, Centillä, fida. There are more but I can't remember the names.

Hello. 1 year lang po contract ko dito sa apartment. Tapos magrerenew nalang after. 1 year lang din po yung contract dun sa dati naming apartment tapos humiwalay nalang po ako. May ka-tie up real state company po yung company namin, na naghahanap ng apartment para sa mga bagong dating na empleyado dito. Si company lang po namin yung nagabono muna ng pang advance at deposit sa apartment tapos salary deduction po ang nangyari.
