When customers want changes to the way a waist band looks or want a design to not have camel toe or want a gym bag to have solid colored fabric instead of patterned fabric, that is specific and aimed towards improving the product. This company has always been "what could we improve upon" on a lot of their sites. This is essentially a reaction to people who, despite could have added specifics to improve [i.e actual criticism] fabric, style, design, etc, they just added pure opinions that read like they never bought / reviewed the item in the first place.
Shein, for example, has been known to steal a LOT of designer works and resell them with cheaper materials and never give credit to original designers. Popflex has been known to be one of the targets of Shein.
Or "I don't wear V-Necks" comment. Just don't buy them. It would have been more odd if someone doesn't like v-necks, bought this, then reviewed / commented afterwards. That would have made no sense to go out of your way to buy something you know you would hate just to bash it. Come on.

Honestly non of those comments where mean. They where true and on point.
If you dont like your costumers honesty, i guess its time for your costumers to move on and look out for a diffrent brand.

      Ikr...they literally sell a tshirt - 40-50$ , bra - 60$ , shrug - 65$ , shorts - 50$ , leggings - 70$ and a backpack for 200$
If that ain't ridiculous then what is
No one's dying to buy from still a "who?!?" brand when companies like Adidas , puma etc. which have expertise in this area sell it for a lot lot cheaper
We are just pointing out the ridiculous pricing cause they really think amplifying a non existent or barely a problem gives them the right to overprice stuff in the name of originality and creativity

Exactly as they always do they literally ignore customer feedback as much as possible just like they basically made an entire video about how to ignore customer feedback, they literally only interacting and engaging with comments that are overlooking the negatives about this video and giving them compliments ☠️ brand reputation down the fucking drain
