I bought a new 1974 cj5 when I came home from the Army. I think I had it on every jeep trail in Colorado. Those were great times.

Known plenty of people getting bounced out of those old cj's. I love the hype about dash illumination
I'm pretty sure that passenger hit his head on the windshield frame.
In the Northeast they were rusty and not trusty 🙂
No seat belt mandate caused alot of people to loose their lives in roll-over accidents the roll bar was mean.
We have old club newsletters that mentioned seatbelts were given as prizes after races. Wild.
