You will need a desktop program like the DaHao design software or the JUKI PM-1...you will need to save the pattern into a DH-PAT directory on your USB. The file format I use is VDT. Stick the USB on the machine, go to communication icon and import the pattern file to the machine memory. I may do a video of this if it may help some people but when I get some extra time.
